Good food,, but very Poor service! When we arrived around one o'clock we were seated quickly,, but it took several minutes for our server to arrive.. he had many tables,, so at that time I felt he deserved a little patience. When he arrived we ordered drinks and our food. Waited for 15 min. When he brought the food he explained my salad had to be remade because I had asked for less toppings and it was prepared incorrectly. When we finished our food and was ready to leave there was not a single server or hostess out on the floor! After a few minutes I went to the kitchen door to find someone who could find our server.

Been here dozens of times: never posted anything negative. I don’t expect a 5-star experience just a decent meal with decent service for a reasonable price. This location has been going downhill but I thought we’d give it a chance: BIG mistake.I promise, I will never return to O’Charley’s.Their prices have really gone up and I’m not going to spend my hard-earned money on poorly prepared food, shoddy and unprofessional service in an atmosphere that’s frankly a downer, yeah, as in depressing. Don’t go here to celebrate a birthday.I’m pretty sure the wait staff have never been trained. We weren’t made to feel welcome, I’ll say that. We had to ask for rolls. They were barely cooked. We had to wave down the server for refills. No smile. I didn’t see anyone smile. I hate to come down on the servers but management here clearly hasn’t got a grip on how customers are being treated. And don’t know what going on in the kitchen. At our table of six, one person ordered a fillet and it was not prepared correctly so it was returned to the kitchen. A solid 20 minutes later the manager showed up with the cooked meat on a bread plate and a cup of butter in a plastic togo container, turned over on the top of it like some bizarre garnish and said that we could have the steak for free. Oh gee thanks! This place is terrible and they don’t know how to run a restaurant. I’m so tired of hearing that something can’t be done because of “staff shortages.” I hope they go out of business so maybe a real restaurant will open here.

I went during an off time to see if the food was better this time and they have a new menu. Food was great. Service did not mess up our meal. Great overall. Will return sooner this time.

I was skeptical about visiting this location due to some of the previous reviews, but I went ahead and tried it out after my son's swim practice. I was pleased with my waitress (Katie E), she bro out fresh, hot rolls right away. She was managing multiple tables, but seemed to have everything under control - she was attentive and got our order correct (I added on a to-go)- I even gave her a 30% tip! The gave 4 stars because the place does need some upgrades. Will definitely return.

We have to drive a ways to get here, it used to be a treat. The last few times I've been here, it always smells - like dirty mop water is the best way I can describe it. The food quality has gone way down hill, including the rolls. I understand the worker shortages due to pay so in light of that, the service was the best part of my last experience. We don't want to give up on it, but I'm not sure when I'll be back.

My wife and I had a late lunch. She had some gift cards from last Christmas that I gave her as one of her presents. It is close by. So, was able to eat a good tasty meal and kept my money in my pocket. Good times, great times lets live them everyday.Kid-friendliness: Kids are treated well. Troubles are with undisciplined parents.Parking: Lots of spaces. 18 wheelers can get in and out easy.Wheelchair accessibility: Will not be hard to get in and out. Will be easier than the 18 wheelers.

Excellent food and a lot of it ( we had the lunch combos. We both got the chicken tenders ( no one can beat their flavor) , I got the ribs, heavy on the sauce but the meat was fall off the bone good. He got the smothered chicken which he liked. There was way too much food, as each combo includes two sides. My loaded baked potato was perfect ( brought 1/2 home) and salad was delicious. He got the broccoli and rice which he said was very good.We brought the extras home and ate them for dinner. We used to bring our children here when they were young. It is wonderful to see my grandchildren now enjoying the same restaurant. Finally, the manager went out of her way to help me with my Christmas shopping, greatly appreciated!

We ordered fish and chips, a steak, and BBQ ribs. Was early for dinner, late for lunch on weekend. Waiter was nice, kept drinks filled, but never asked how we wanted our steaks cooked. Seemed distracted as short staffed and prepping for a big group. Steaks were medium to very well done. No sear. Would have liked medium rare. Said something but didn't send back as we don't waste food. Rest of meal good. Rolls are really good. But would not order steaks here again. Fish and chips and loaded baked potatoes were good.

Food took forever and then the salmon showed up raw. Ate about a quarter of it before I noticed I was eating raw fish. Hot on the outside and cold in the middle. Stay away from this place

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining with Dani and Jay this evening and they were an absolute delight. Dani was training Jay and both of them were really kind, engaging, and offered great conversation. The food came out hot, it tasted great, and a huge improvement. We would absolutely dine with Dani and Jay again if given the opportunity.

Just a warning this O'Charley's has mold on their walls and they are well aware of the situation. Service last night was abysmal and food served cold. Minimal patrons in the restaurant and our party of 10 (4 kids) about broke them. We interrupted the hostess writing French notes on a post it when we walked up and she acted appalled and like a deer in headlights when we stated that we had a larger party. Took 20 minutes after sitting down to finally be acknowledged by the server and for him to take our drink order. Literally only 5 other tables were sat in the section we were in. My friend didn't get her drink from the bar until 40 minutes later. We sat down at 6:30 and food served at 8pm. Just so unacceptable how things have changed at this place. My Dad's steak was medium rare not medium well as he ordered. Corn on the cob hard. The campfire potatoes are basically the loaded potato skins cut up. We all swear we won't be returning. The manager did her best to rectify the situation but damage has been done. I prefer to not inhale mold spores while eating my meal.

Dani was our server and the service was excellent as usual. She was having a trainee with her and she still did an awesome job. She had the Salmon dinner with broccoli and corn on the cob. And it was excellent. I had the bacon chicken ranch sandwich with fries. The fries were excellent, but the sandwich was a little dry. It looks like whoever fixed my sandwich just put four drops of ranch dressing on my sandwich, but they may have cooked the chicken and cheese and bacon with some. It definitely needed more ranch dressing to not be so dry. But overall it was a good meal and I really had a good dinner. It was so good that I did not bother to complain, I ate my sandwich because I was so hungry. Sit with Dani, she will always take care of dinner needs. She is a great server.

We had not been here in awhile and thought we would give it a try. Our server was nice enough and told us this was their second day. It was quickly obvious they had little or no training. There was no back up. I have seen in many restaurants where a new person is shadowed by an experienced hand until they learn. They did not get the order correctly. My wife ordered a hot chicken dish and got a salad with chicken on the top. They did offer to take it back and replace the order, but it was over 30 minutes to get this and we had somewhere to go. I ordered the filet medium. The steak was medium well at best. It was chewy. The baked potato tasted like it had been cooked yesterday refrigerated over night and reheated for us. It was not hot when it got to us. The server took it back and a few minutes later brought the same one back to me and it still was not hot. I was not planning to have a carb free dinner, but I did not have time to wait. I spoke to the sever before I left and expressed they needed support from the manager and they said it was OK. I explained to them that they deserved more from management. The manager never checked on the table until we asked for her to come over at the end of the meal. The manager did comp my wife's dinner and charged me half price on mine. She gave us a $10.00 credit for the next time we came in. We gave it to a father and son at the next table before we left. Needless to say I don't plan to go back anytime soon.

Stopped in for Lunch today. It was my first time dining at O’Charley’s . My server Jackson was super attentive. The manager Dawn stopped by and offered me free pie because it was my first time dining with them. They made me feel super welcome and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back in the future.

I have been coming to this location since it opened in the early 2000s and I fully understand it is hard to find good quality workers in the food industry but the amount of issues that happened tonight is so deeply saddening. Not only was the service quality subpar, the food was NOT good quality and ridiculous. The saddest part of this whole experience was the best tasting dish was my unsweetened tea and the rolls. First, We had to wait 15 minutes to be sat for a restaurant that was 3/4 empty. Again I understand they are short staffed. Once we were sat, our waiter didn't come over for 10 minutes. Once he did, he seemed brand new and untrained. Also we only saw 4 times. To take our drink order, to take our food order, to deliver our food and to get our check. The food was absolutely disgusting. We ordered the pecan encrusted chicken salad as well as the cedar planked salmon. It took 45 minutes to get our food. We had to ask the hostess for silverwear AND refills. When we received the food, the cedar planked chicken was not what was delivered. It was salmon and shrimp with a Alfredo sauce. Not even on the menu and we couldn't even find the waiter to ask. The chicken on the salad was extremely cold and tasted 3 days old. Again we never saw our waiter again until we received the check. If I'm spending $60 dollars on a dinner, I would expect better service and MUCH better quality food. This whole experience was ridiculous and not what I expected from this location. I am disappointed in the staffing for this location as well as the training of the servers and the quality of the food. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this restaurant. O'Charleys management and corporate need to do better with checking in on their locations and making sure they are the best they can be. This is a fantastic location and should be better equipped to serve.
