Ordered 2 grilled cheeses, also a #2 otter box 5 tenders. Plus added extra fries. Order took 20 minutes which was fine. The problem is once I got home I only received the 2 grilled cheeses and the extra fries. Would be nice to receive what I paid for. Disappointing to drive all the way home to notice employees don’t double check before they bring out the bag. What I do like is it’s easy to order and spots for pick up.

We tried Otter’s for breakfast for the first time and were pleasantly surprised! Chicken burritos was hefty and filling; and neatly wrapped. Was complimented very well by the Otters Sauce. Chicken biscuit was a bit petite with one chicken tender, but had great flavor with not too much honey butter. Hash browns were crispy and well seasoned.
Service was friendly and attentive, not as as fast as a drive thru but we enjoyed our wait out on the patio. Iced tea and crunchy ice are always a plus! Would come again. We fed two of us with one drink for $15.
Good casual chicken place. Food was good with nice selection

Best chicken fingers place in town, when food is freshly cooked. Everyone here is always welcoming and helpful. I LOVE that they have Cherry Coke in their fountain drink!!
