39 on the health inspection is disgusting. Stay away from this place

Chef John is awesome! He's been putting a lot of effort on rennovating the place and the menu. I hope his effort pays off and this place will gain more tractions. They're changing the name to Modern Provision too.

Before going to this restaurant didn’t realize that it is inside Hyatt Hotel.Food wasn’t at all good:(Tried Chicken wings and Garlic bread, details below-Husband and friends who are non vegetarian didn’t like chicken wings at all.Garlic bread was not in-house baked and was looking like a bread which was brought and they just put little bit of cheese on it.Go only if you are staying in Hotel, otherwise don’t.Service was quick and atmosphere was very calm.

Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options but taste is not good:(

The Service was very very bad, the wait for the entrance was 35 minutes, for the food 45 minutes. horrible pasta very bad

Excellent breakfast (try the American, the Omelette, the Egg White Omelette, the French toast), and service (Tofika is wonderful).Bar selection and service is also very good.Would return, and recommend.

Surprisingly delicious! I ordered the Salmon and my love ordered the Airline Chicken. Both entrees were AMAZING!! You can tell the food was cooked to order as it was piping hot. The servers were Karen and Sandra. Excellent and attentive servers! The bartender, Lawrence, was funny and helpful! You won't go wrong to eat

Came here on a Saturday night to try something different than usual. Dining in at a hotel. It was around 8pm when we arrived. We did have to wait about 2 minutes till we were seated. Our server was a lady named Karen. Very nice lady! She took our orders pretty quickly, and did make sure we were taken care of. We did order the meatball appetizer, and it was pretty tasty. Our main course arrived after a good bit of time waiting, but it was nice and hot, and it tasted great. Again our server Karen did do a great job of making sure we were well taken care of. Very quiet place to eat. It does have a bit of an open sky light window side, which would look nice during the day/evening, but since we did arrive late there was not much to be seen. Possible suggestion to light the outdoor area since it does look pretty nice from the photos of others.Eating at a hotel I'm sure would be the last thing someone would think to do, but glad I gave it a shot. Awesome food!
