If you want to spend $60+ on 4 things be my guest. They don't use gloves when preparing your food and they absolutely do not know how to make waters, raspados everything is watered down and the lack of customer service is horrible.

I do not recommend that you buy in this store, the customer service is horrible, the owner of the place has a horrible attitude and even more so the ladies who help her have a horrible rude attitude and I also think that she is deaf when ordering my food so she didn't listen to me. First and last time buying here. If people do not have human warmth and sympathy to serve their customers, they should dedicate themselves to something else, because they eat thanks to their customers. The ones you serve were very rude last night and we went and very bad service. Reluctantly I asked them for an esquite but not to add broth and the lady said they always have to bring broth. We can't do anything that you want us to do. Then I asked for a shaved ice and They filled it with Tajín, it was salty, I couldn't even eat it.

If I could leave a 0 I would. My brother went for 2 esquites and they didn't have enough cheese, mayonnaise and my corn was already half rotten. The girl who is providing service has an attitude that my brother didn't even want to continue there, I always go but they are no longer the same people, they have to improve their service. We stopped for agua de frutas which I love from paleteria michoacana, with the pieces of apple and other fruit. This was not it, just pink water with a few spoons of sugar. Ordered an esquite, cup wasn't even filled with very little chili on top. Added an ice cream cone for my brother and lady simply placed the scoop on top, and I knew one stumble and that ball would be on floor. In any case we took 3 steps out and it started dripping everywhere. I turned and asked if I could please have a small cup to place ice cream in so it wouldn't melt in the car she said "normally we sell them", as she handed me one. I spent $16 on a water, esquite, and one scoop of ice cream, believe me I would not have paid $1 more. Unpleasant attitudes and mediocre overpriced snacks, drive the couple miles more to the better place. Not coming back.
