A dismissive employee named Karissa was cold and lacked any sense of customer service as I waited over an hour for 2 fresh egg rolls. I paid for them in advance and agreed to wait 30 minutes. After an hour had past she explained that until the 3 old cold egg rolls that were sitting out when I arrived were purchased, that they would not make the fresh egg rolls that I had paid for and elected to wait for. A nice, more seasoned employee, Maria, stepped in to assist and completed my order in less than 5 minutes. I appreciate Maria’s professionalism, however, I will no longer patronize this business. A little customer service goes a long way and problematic employees such as Karissa should not work with the public.

I ordered delivery from the app and got food poisoning really bad. I have non stop diarrhea and vomiting. I got the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, super greens with chow mein and fried rice and a Fanta strawberry. I need a refund asap.
