Everything was bad I don’t even know why I kept ordering here I Uber Eats two times and I doesn’t get sauce not even fork like what in the world is this if yall can’t give people sauce then put on yall Uber Eats that we can’t give sauce for bowls please

I only ever get food to-go, and it's always what I expect so thats a positive. Staff are pleasant for the short amount of time I interact with them. Theyre typically pretty fast even when my order is typically something thats constantly out on the line.
I just hate the parking lot, they cant control that obviously but that parking lot is a sin.

Tried to order a bowl with Super Greens and Teriyaki Chicken and another bowl. I saw there were no greens and asked how long, the woman said 2 minutes. So I said I would wait and placed the rest of my order. They always ask you to pay before you get the food when you have to wait. I got to the cashier and noticed there were no greens being cooked. I asked the cashier about it and she said they hadn't started and it would be at least 7 minutes. I cancelled that order, I had somewhere I had to be. I wish the first woman would have provided accurate information instead of making up times, I would have taken my business elsewhere!!!

It would be cool if they did samples so you're not getting a whole bunch of hot orange chicken that was toooooo 🥵🥵🥵. But the staff was great and let us change.

Walked in shortly after they opened, I figured I’d have to wait a little bit so that they can finish everything up. There were literally no entrees ready and only one cook on the wok and no other employee in sight. After standing around for a few minutes nobody else came out and I left.

My coworkers and I come here at least once a week, at best 2 - 3. Having said that, we notice differences. The food taste has deteriorated. Could be from using cheaper ingredients, not sure. However, something has changed... Been this way for a little while, not sure we are going to return unless things change back to higher quality.

I went into this establishment today and requested a chicken teriyaki bowl. The employee asked me if I worked at the Hospital and I stated no. She refused me service. I'm not sure if she had me confused but she doubled down on profiling me and refused to serve me. I contacted the customer service line because according to her SHE'S THE MANAGER!!!!!!. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and the community needs to be made aware.

Knowing about my mobile order the staff ignored my hails, looked at me, knowing full well I was waiting for my order, and continued to ignore me while helping others after my order was complete. Nor did they call my name but proceeded to call out the other mobile orders. Absolutely terrible service. Will not return to this location
