Customer service is lousy and they consistently open late. I was standing outside for 15 minutes and had to leave because they were still setting things up. Food is same as all the Panda Express.

Sheesh. I'm 9 months preg and sent my husband to pick up an online order of beef and broccoli. This is what they served me. And no, there's no more beef under anything and I didn't take a bite before posting this. Not sure if it's store policy to serve such little beef but I feel like I wasted my money. This is actually the 2nd time they've done this, Def would not order this again

Every single one of these employees should be fired including the management. Every time I stop by the store they’re closed and the door is locked an hour before closing times. And when they’re not closed, everything is cold and old and they say “we’re out of food and can’t cook fresh stuff.”How in the world is this place even still in business…

Food is fine. I like the steak. But the service is too annoying……I would say the old lady is nice and friendly but the other young women are really rude(you’d better avoid to be served by them). First of all, when I ordered super green, the young woman picked and chose the yellow and withered broccoli and tried her best to avoid those green and fresh ones. So disgusting. Second, they would not give me tableware if I didn’t intentionally ask for. Very cruel for careless customers. Third, moral kidnapped me when paying the bill. Their eyes manifested contempt for me when they asked me to donate to a charity and I said no. Is it my obligation to donate? I doubted they just directly took the money to their own pockets, which explained why they treated me such bad after I said no. Although I didn’t explain this reason at that moment, I still don’t think a customer should be treated with contempt like that. Truly ruined my good moods today.

I visited the restaurant before 8pm and they close at 9:30 according to Google. I asked for my Teriyaki Chicken to be cut into smaller pieces, I was told NO they already washed dishes. They were unwilling to get a knife to cut the chicken and told me it's an inconvenience for them. Also, the mix vegetables only had broccoli. I leave and went next door to get Hibachi Chicken.

I went to PE because of a T-Mobile promotion, when I got there I wasn’t sure how the process worked so I asked the cashier and she had no clue when I asked for her assistance. As I was trying to figure it out there were two other ladies stand as i trying as well, they left without the promotion.I finally figured it out so I saw the lady go fix the same bowl I had just tried to redeem so it was sitting and when I asked her she said my name, I replied “ that’s me but, the order was not complete as I look in the bag, so she said “that’s not your” so I said “There’s another Salena?” She said “yes” so I’m stand there and they are totally ignoring me for 20 min; I call there corporate office and “ Victoria” answers, as I’m explaining and asking for a refund she hung up. I call back and “Donna answers with a nasty attitude. Donna asked what was the issue so I started explaining about the T-mobile promotion; before I could get everything out Donna said “ their not going to honor it” I’m in disbelief, “we not going to do it” so I asked for my money back and my promotion code to be restored so I could go elsewhere but she said no and she didn’t like my tone as I didn’t like hers, so she hung up on me. Mind you she manipulated the tone later in the conversation to make it seem as I was the rude one but the way I was treated I had every right to me upset. I paid for my food and didn’t get anything and have to wait 5 business days to get my money back. I also got the hand “ like I’m not serving her. Don’t eat there. Horrifying people and situation.

Unfortunately it is 7:00 and there are 8 people waiting because they haven't cooked enough food. It's dinner time. They have now also locked all doors and refusing to allow other customers into the restaurant. This is the second time they've closed the restaurant well before closing time. This is an ongoing issue and it seems like lack of leadership and not following company policies have led to multiple issues.

This Panda Express baffles me. They have so many employees working, but they always have food options lacking or depleted. 4/4 times that I've tried this place and have been disappointed! Small portions! Lacking options! Get lunch somewhere else!!

Enhanced Estetic

The customer service here is horrible! They have a new staff who don’t want to speak to you in English even tho they know English. I asked to try something new they had on the menu and the girl said she couldn’t let me try it but I come here often and they have done it in the past. Then she starts talking about me in Spanish. Even tho I know a little bit of Spanish it was very disrespectful with the words I could make out to what she was saying.
