The family meal turns out most of box are 2/3, the shrimp and steak that you pay extra $5 but only 2 shrimps and 4 pieces of steak, like half of the box. the of family meal fits 2 people Only.
I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this location felt a bit disorganized, as if the team was still getting used to the routine. The food wasn’t as good as what we’re used to from other Panda locations, which was a little disappointing. Hopefully, with some improvement in coordination, it can match the quality we expect from the brand. I added five starts because we like the food. But the rest of the issue it is about to specific location, not Panda Express in general.

The manager can be extremely rude when you come at night but all the workers are extremely nice which makes the manager’s experience awful

It was honestly shocking to see a place serving food have such poor restroom upkeep and no soap for guests. It made me question how well they’re keeping up with overall cleanliness in the restaurant. The fact that the employee had to bring me soap in a water cup from the kitchen’s hand-washing station just felt unprofessional and unsanitary. However, despite the disappointment in hygiene, I can’t lie—the food completely redeemed my mood. I requested my meal to be cooked fresh, and it came out hot, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, reminding me why I keep coming back to Panda Express in the first place.

I’ve been there 3 times and it’s been great every time I was there. The food was super fresh, 2 out of 3 times they asked me if I wanna wait a couple of minutes for fresh rice/ chow mein.
And the customer service is great too. Especially Rafael stood out, he literally brought a tray with extra cookies and sauces to us and the table next to us. And when we went to take out the trash he even grabbed it from my dad to throw it away himself. It felt like it was a sit down restaurant, not Panda Express. And everybody was super nice and polite in general.
It also has a nice Chinese style outside porch where you can sit.
The best Panda Express in the area ngl

My family gets take out from this location all the time. Any mishaps are super rare. There are other locations I'll never revisit. This one is great!

Go to drive through, almost no food available.
The heck? If you wanna close earlier, just post those times. Kinda ridiculous.

I love Panda but lately this location on Roswell and Johnsons ferry sucks. Every time I try to order string bean chicken they say that they are out of it. Are they out for the past 2 months or they don’t want cook it because is not rush hour ? The last 3 times I ordered something else or just got a panda bowl instead of the meal but today I just left and got dinner somewhere else. Very poor management! Very disappointed

Normally this place is okay, not terrible. Today we ordered honey walnut shrimp as a bowl (in other words, the only food other than rice) and they gave us 6 shrimp. Six. You can't tell me that's a serving. Imagine paying $10 for 6 shrimp and a pile of old rice.
