I ordered online and I wanted to try the new dumplings. My friend got to the store and they said they didn't have any and that the kitchen was closed. I didn't want a replacement. I wanted a refund and they said that they can't do refunds in store. I was told to call the customer service line but wasn't given a number so I had to call back for the number. I called customer service and they were closed. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told by Abigail there wasn't one there. That's sucks. That I have to go through customer service to get a refund that I shouldn't have gotten in the store. I get home with my order and it's wrong on top of everything else. Ridiculous experience.

I witness a female employee go inside the restroom while I was already using the bathroom. She proceeded to cough and use the facility’s and literally walked out and didn’t wash her hands. I did report this to management. I know this could happen at any restaurant, but as a regular who dines here often I am very disappointed. They will never earn my business again! She should be fired! She literally doesn’t care about her job, and the patrons who enjoy eating at this restaurant. NEVER AGAIN! I’m disgusted!

Panda Express has really stepped up their game in the fast causal space over the years. This has become our regular go-to casual dinner spot during my pregnancy. The orange chicken and lo mein noodles never fail- delicious, affordable food and friendly staff is a hard combo to find.

Went here mid day and it was still one of the best experiences I've ever had at PE. Multiple entree items that looked like they had just popped out of the wok. Multiple staff members greeted and thanked me. Seems like the whole team at this location is one effective unit. Thanks guys!

easily the worst panda express I’ve ever been to don’t even attempt coming here within two hours of closing because there is no food. They don’t cook anything fresh after 7 o’clock and they close at 9:30. Even at 8:30 an hour before they close, the chairs are on the tables. Don’t waste your time. Skip this place.

Everyone at the counter was friendly and helpful. Even the manager was also. She gave me a cup to get at a drink with while the cook was making a fresh dish because they ran out on what I wanted.

Server was soft-spoken and polite but quite slow.I was the 2nd person in line with no one else in line. Had to wait 10 minutes before she took / started my order. The person running the drive thru was super fast taking more orders faster. Her co-workers never offered to help her.

The worse part was when I went to the drink station to get forks, straw and napkin - a bug crawled out from the napkin dispenser. It looked like some type of beetle or June bug - not really sure. I notified the same person and she came over to see what I was talking about and the bug had already crawled away. She got a coworker who both seemed to brush it off. Never an apology - just made me feel like I wasn’t telling the truth. I decided to pass on the napkins.
