My takeout order was ready but not on the counter or the pick up shelf. I waited around for about 5 minutes. The woman who was preparing the food was not busy (it was 2:30 pm). She never asked if I need help. Finally I look behind the counter and saw 3 orders bagged and ready, but not accessible for pick up. I asked if she could hand my order to me. She gave to me without saying a word. I rarely eat at this restaurant because the service is terrible. I won't be back.

Went on a Friday evening, hardly any pastries, no loaves of bread for sale. Had a salad that I couldnt finish because if was drenched with dressing, the sandwich wasnt bad. There was a terrible odor in the establishment...something between bleach and bo. Not interested in going back.

Great environment & the general is great! I went around breakfast time so the salads and sandwiches weren’t out.
I asked could they serve it & she gladly said yes! She flipped the board around just for me & made my day!!
Overall I enjoy Panera, But with the prices increasing every time and menu items unavailable it’s difficult to keep coming back. The staff here is always very nice and the location is clean.

We moved from the area a year ago and visited today and not surprised to see the worlds worst Panera is still the worlds worst Panera. Sort lf surreal actually.
This drink cabinet has been broken for at least 18 months, probably much longer.

Customer service was very bad, the staff seems as if they haven’t received proper training. The cashier had earbuds on and took our order wrong. Apart from receiving the incorrect order the bagel tasted like soap. Overall threw my money in the trash as I did not enjoy the meals at all.
