I wish Panera hadn’t declined in quality so much. It used to be one of my favorites. The avocado toast was pathetic.

Every time I do a mobile order pick up they mess it up. They keep running out of cinnamon bagels or they just forget to put all the bagels in the bag. They can't even be bothered to slice all the bagels in half.
The staff doesn't seem like they want to be there. This place needs a manager who actually cares.

Very very rude customer service, I was there this morning at 11:00 AM and a skinny lady was at the register she didn't even reply to me I told her good morning and her reply was we stopped breakfast we are serving lunch now.
She was like someone had forced her to work there I would never go back there and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there, I left the restaurant went somewhere else where your welcome as a customer.
Disappointed at Panaera no more.

I’d love to know who was on the phones at 2:45pm EST on 10/4/25 cause they rude and just send people to voicemail continuously and then stop answering the phone and just let it ring. If you don’t like your job, find another one please.

This Panera location is consistently understaffed, leading to long wait times and poor customer service. Today, I ordered two mac and cheeses to go, and it took 25 minutes to receive my food. The employees seemed disengaged and frustrated, and their attitude reflected in their service. The woman next to me had her order lost, and rather than assisting her, staff simply stated, “We don’t see it and can’t do anything.” This lack of accountability and customer care is disappointing. I hope corporate steps in to address these ongoing issues and improve the overall experience.

The manager, Jessika, is incredibly kind and thoughtful. DoorDash forgot my smoothie a couple weeks back. I came in person to order my usual today. After hearing about my smoothie, Jessika comped my whole lunch and apologized for the issue.

They were out of my favorite dishes, which is not an uncommon occurrence at this location, the drink station was soggy and damp as usual. Although the staff was lovely, the atmosphere was just alright and my food was just alright.

It's a pain when you order through the tablet but you can't get your drink because there's only one cashier and a line of people. No incentive to use the tablets

This Panera is the perfect place to come with family, meet up with friends, and even complete work at in the afternoons! The food is delicious, and I love the different seasonal options. The staff here is SO friendly!! They are knowledgeable of the menu and can always answer my questions about different options. The staff also takes time preparing orders!! I've never had issues with receiving something I didn't order or a menu adaptation I requested not being honored. The quality preparation from staff and great food is worth any wait time!
Panera also has AMAZING chocolate chip cookies!! I'd highly recommend surprising a friend with one of these or getting a batch for an event. 😊

Now they know this spinach and bacon souffle was left in the oven way too long. It's burned and superdry.

I guess it's my fault for not checking before I left. I'm so disappointed, but lesson learned.

I'm not the one to be so rage filled to leave a bad review but man... I work around the area and yesterday and today I got food from this Panera. It will take an hour to get through the drive thru line. I placed my order online 15 minutes before and still had to wait another 20 mins to even get my food in store pickup. There were plenty of employees and the only two I saw hustling was the poor girl at the soup counter and a dude packing the orders. They seemed very stressed out and I saw other employees standing twiddling their thumbs. Not only that... THEY PUT ONE SLICE OF AVOCADO ON MY SANDWICH! I'm hungry and I already wasted half of my lunch break, and I even ordered ahead! Do not come here if you dont have the time to sit and wait 30-40 minutes for a bowl of watery soup and a half assed sandwich.
