We waited about 20 minutes for our lunch. We found a two top in an area away from most other tables so that we could talk. As soon as we started eating, a woman started vacuuming right behind our table. We politely asked if she could wait to vacuum because we could not hear each other over the noise. She stomped off and returned with a broom and dustpan. She roughly and noisily moved chairs and tables banging them as she swept. The she approached our table and said she was going to vacuum up the pile she just swept. It is hard to enjoy a meal with the noise and dust created with sweeping. Her name tag said manager. If she is the manager she should be more concerned with creating a pleasant dining experience for her customers. We will not go back. There are so many other options in the area.

Just joined the Panera unlimited sip club. This location is best out of every other we have been to.Drinks are always ready for pickup. Staff is supportive and sweet!

30 minutes, yes 30 minutes post-ordering to get food for 3 adults and two kids. And it was the same for every single customer there. Kitchen a disaster w no management or leadership. No apologies, no ‘here’s a cookie on us’, no acknowledgement. Avoid this

Tasty food, clean interior, sparse staffing. The kitchen staff are great.It is a warm and fun atmosphere. I think Panera is going the route of more automation (read online ordering), which takes away from the “ordering-in”experience.

We came here to eat right before 6pm on a Friday night and the seating area was a mess. Not sure there was an open table without crumbs or trash on or under the table. Sad how this has gone down hill.

I ordered a large latte. It was late, only half full, and the Christmas cup it was in was disintegrating (must not have been made for hot beverages). Will never go there again.

I almost never write restaurant reviews but I have to say that this visit to Panera has convinced me never to go back to this particular Panera again. I ordered the flatbread pizza and was really surprised that it tasted so bad even though it looked so good. The tomato sauce was perhaps made incorrectly. It was so runny that I could hardly eat the pizza. It was more like salad dressing than pizza sauce. I was so disappointed. I should have asked for a refund but I did not see anyone who appeared to be a manager. Low points for atmosphere because it was downright cold in the restaurant.Parking: Need more spaces for disabled permits.

Let's start this review by saying that I'm a huge Panera fan and have been visiting this location and using the app for a while. Unfortunately this location has gone downhill recently. Every time I order on the app, my food arrives late. My bakery items are never included at the pick up window and when I ask about them, I'm told to go over to the bakery section and ask for it. Last time we ordered the app said my cookie was in stock but it was not. Additionally, the kids meal (close to $7) was just a ice cream scoop of macaroni cheese and yogurt. I can get a lot more for that price at any other restaurant. I will be limiting my visits here and might even delete the app because our closest location is such a disappointment. For a location that costs nearly $50 for a family of 4, I believe there are better options in the area.

My Lord this might be the worst ham sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I would’ve been better off just ordering toasted bread and going to get some cream cheese on my own and applying it. Maybe to thin slices of ham onto thick piece of bread with I guess that’s fresh basil and I got stuck in my teeth and grilled cheese on top of it. And even soup, which I ordered chili, was watered down and disgusting. What the heck has happened to Panera bread?

I'll think twice the next time I pop into a Panera for a smoothie. Ordered the green smoothie as you can see, $6 doesn't get you a full cup. The guy behind the counter who took 20 minutes to make the drink with the place being near empty said he used the wrong cup which is why it wasn't filled to the top. Next time I'll go to smoothie King. I should have known something was wrong when everyone in line was there to report missing items from their orders versus actually purchasing food. What a disappointment.Note: in the picture below I hadn't drank any of the smoothie. It came like that.Parking: Nothing more to be say. It's a strip mall.

To be honest, I am not sure how this establishment has 3 stars. We put in a 'rapid order' for a kid's meal. We got there 3 minutes early (from the original time), and it wasn't ready. We were notified via email that it was a bit behind and it would be another 7 minutes, fine. Still nothing. I asked the one lady that was working and she said there were still 20+ orders ahead of ours. Completely unacceptable. They were not busy, at all. It shouldn't take 45+ minutes to heat up a mac and cheese. This place continues to be understaffed. It was the exact scenario a few weekends ago when we came in. No idea why management invested in remodeling if they can't properly service. What a disaster. If management cared, they would read the recent reviews and make changes. I am waiting for a refund on my order that we never received.

This is not the Panera it used to be. We waited 45 minutes for our food and the restaurant was two thirds empty. The workers could not have cared less about it. Their only response was to get on the mic and announce that it would be a long wait. They were out of a good portion of the featured menu items as well and it was just past noon! I don't know what has happened, but I give this place 6 months before it closes with this level of service.

After a poor Rapid Pick Up order a year or two ago and being turned off (missing food, mediocre food at best), I tried to give it another shot. I USED to like Panera, right?It was equally and now consistently disappointing. The order was wrong (supposed to be a bread bowl, but the seemingly just thru some extra baguettes in the bag), the soup was insufficient (chicken noodle was mostly just broth), and the turkey/bacon/acocado was mediocre at best. I should have thought twice when Panera BREAD didn’t even have have the default sourdough available.I am very hopeful this store gets replaced with the Avenue overhaul.
