Staff just stands around making one person do all the work. Needs new management because long waits for no reason.
So it's been a long time since I've had Panera Bagels. I had earned some gift cards and decided to take some bagels into the office. I placed my order online so I wouldn't have to wait when I arrived about 30 minutes later. I received an email that said my order was ready and to pick it up from the online order area. When I arrived my order wasn't ready because the Everything Bagels weren't ready and it would be another 15 to minutes. I waited because who doesn't like a good Everything bagel? Long story short, I believe I should receive a phone call or text saying that the bagels weren't ready. Even while I waited, they could've offered me a small coffee or fountain drink for the inconvenience. That's what Dunkin used to do for me. It's just the courteous thing to do. Long story shorter, everyone loved the bagels and and appreciative.
Ordered delivery through their app and it wasn’t delivered. Called store and they said to get a refund or replacement had to physically come in, missing the point of why a delivery order was placed. They contract their delivery through door dash but no information available to contact door dash about the order because all information is in the Panera app.
Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes for a bagle. There was only 1 car in front of me and it didn't appear that they ordered much. They were not busy AT ALL inside either. I finally received my bagle and they didn't even manage to put the cream cheese in the bag. Also, they used to have the best Asiago bagles, but now there's a tiny sprinkle of cheese on top. After all of their menu changes over the past couple of years, raised prices, and crappy service, I'm officially done with Panera.
Had a bit of a challenging day and for sure did not want to go home and cook...
Stopped in and Alphonso and Zykeira were Amazing!
Very kind and looked like they really enjoyed being there:)
Alphonso suggested new items on the menu and his recommendations were delicious ( a cup of Chili and the new Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack)
Even offered me a Complimentary Drink while I waited for my To Go order!
The food was served promptly and still piping hot when I got home.
Customer Service truly was above and Beyond and I will certainly be back:)

The coffee service is TERRIBLE. They constantly run out of coffee leaving customers having to wait for a whole cannister is being brewed. Also the only way to get a hot cup of coffee is to be right there as a new pot comes out. Any later than that, and you're drinking almost cold coffee. They should be better than this
Came before a doctors appointment and couldn’t even order before being accosted by someone begging me to buy them food, In front of the register. I won’t be back to this location if I can’t even order in peace and have a vagrant wandering around harassing me.
I’ve been standing in the lobby now for a solid 15 minutes while they try to locate the manager regarding my delivery order that turned into a rapid pickup instead. I was not able to get anyone to answer any of the six calls I placed before I had to shutdown my business to come to the location. Our family are such big fans of Panera so this level of service is very disappointing to me. Still no appearance from the manager, no apology for my inconvenience, and no immediate refund. I’m told it will be 3-5 days before it be returned to my card. The young lady at the front desk was nice enough to apologize on behalf of the manager that never appeared. Stay away from this location - giving poorly managed!!! There are so many other locations that outshine this one!!
I love this location! The employees are so kind and approachable. The Dr. Pepper tastes so good here and I love the ambiance of it all.
I ordered a caesar salad with a potato soup and found a bug in my salad. I tried calling to speak with someone to hopefully get a refund but wasn’t able to reach anyone. I didn’t think it was a big at first but it definitely has wings. Not a fly or a fruit fly. Also my apple was missing.

The food is very good. Staff extremely unprofessional when patrons are eating and working there. One girl sitting on her speaker phone singing out loud while I'm working, the guy and several of the young ladies are supposed to be preparing to close and they are using openly offensive language as if customers are not in the store. Very unprofessional environment, but nice location.

We really enjoy Panera Bread, but they need to add additional people at the desk. We waited over fifteen minutes to place our order. Also their kiosk was not working properly. Usually they have one out of four that works but in this case the one was not working properly

Hit or miss. Most the times it's a miss. Up to 30 minute wait times even with no one at the store. Dirty, and usually bad customer service. I noticed the experience varies based on who's working. Sometimes, when the people working seem like they want to be there the service is fast and the place is pleasant. Most other times it's the opposite. Unless you really like Panera and the crazy prices it's not worth it.
