Service was horrible and the food was even worse I guess I donated to the charity of my choice for today. Issas using the bathroom and a male walked in and just stared at me. No words spoken Im not sure what was going on however a polite apology would have been great to help my understanding - save you money eat at home the bread. Was gross and my drink taste like it was made the beginning of the week - I wish I would roll my eyes in this review

We had items from our order which were not delivered. The store advised us that even though we ordered through the website, they do not deliver the food … DoorDash does … and as such there was nothing they could do. First offer was to only refund the amount for the items not delivered and we had to ask for recompense on the delivery charge which was substantial. We were told there was no way to have the missing items delivered unless we placed another order incurring additional delivery charge.

A sandwich shop that doesn't have a ham and cheese sandwich on the menu?! They did have a kids H&C, but only for children. So, they *have* the ingredients, but can't make a sandwich because it's not an option. So, we got two kids sandwiches. That was really ridiculous.

Came to this location several times while on vacation. Everyone we encountered was nice. Felt safe as well.
Only recommendation I have is I wish they had sweet tea made with out that syrup and more than 1 kiosk. Thanks.

Not a good experience. Salads were half full. Confirmed that I got the extra avocado I paid for, but the salad didn't even come with the full serving that normally comes on the salad.
Both salads were skimpy and didn't include the substitutions ordered. The service was lacking.
I rarely have a good experience at this location. The employees are terribly rude, incompetent and need to be retrained on how to provide good customer service.

I have rarely had a good experience at this location. But today was the absolute worst. Apparently they only had three employees working, but no one bothered to leave a note on the door to let people know how long the wait would be. I ordered food and 45 minutes later, it still was not ready. I work at the hospital and only have an hour for my lunch break. I ended up having to cancel my order and get a refund. When my friend asked for the refund, the manager was nasty to us and said we needed to be patient because they only had three employees. This is poor management. If you don't have enough employees to take the orders and fill the Orders then you should leave a sign on the door, letting people know what to expect. Most people come there expecting a quick lunch as they are located next to a hospital.

Ordered a pickup order and showed up about 20mins after placing the rapid pickup order (listed online as ready within 15mins) pulled into the drive thru which preceded to not move for another 20 minutes. Walked into the store to see if my order was ready and they hadn't started it. I then sat in their café area while waiting for my order for another 30 minutes. I will not be returning if this is going to be the standard that they are setting.
