Employees are kind. However, the sandwich bread it’s like a 7.4/10. Because the bread is not cooked. I would give it 5 stars if the bread was cooked. And last, it was kind of dirty.
Came in this morning around 7:41 am to find out they weren't open also today is Halloween. Didn't have a sign to let customers know. Totally unprofessional not cool

Came to this location several times while on vacation. Everyone we encountered was nice. Felt safe as well.
Only recommendation I have is I wish they had sweet tea made with out that syrup and more than 1 kiosk. Thanks.

Had cup of my favorite Autumn Squash soup, during a very quiet part of early eve, clean store, kind and attentive associate.

Not a good experience. Salads were half full. Confirmed that I got the extra avocado I paid for, but the salad didn't even come with the full serving that normally comes on the salad.
Both salads were skimpy and didn't include the substitutions ordered. The service was lacking.

I rarely have a good experience at this location. The employees are terribly rude, incompetent and need to be retrained on how to provide good customer service.

I have rarely had a good experience at this location. But today was the absolute worst. Apparently they only had three employees working, but no one bothered to leave a note on the door to let people know how long the wait would be. I ordered food and 45 minutes later, it still was not ready. I work at the hospital and only have an hour for my lunch break. I ended up having to cancel my order and get a refund. When my friend asked for the refund, the manager was nasty to us and said we needed to be patient because they only had three employees. This is poor management. If you don't have enough employees to take the orders and fill the Orders then you should leave a sign on the door, letting people know what to expect. Most people come there expecting a quick lunch as they are located next to a hospital.

Ordered a pickup order and showed up about 20mins after placing the rapid pickup order (listed online as ready within 15mins) pulled into the drive thru which preceded to not move for another 20 minutes. Walked into the store to see if my order was ready and they hadn't started it. I then sat in their café area while waiting for my order for another 30 minutes. I will not be returning if this is going to be the standard that they are setting.

Skip the pastries. They use the same gloved hand to open the doors from the kitchen to the front to grab the food out in front. :|

Someone else took my order by mistake. The manager was quick with a fix and kind to the elderly customer who picked up my food by mistake! I'll be back!

Gabrielle gave me awesome customers service. She assist me in finding out that the light coffee roast has more caffeine than the darker roast.😃
