STAY AWAY! Rude staff, they even locked the doors and said it was because they were understaffed. I had to knock on the locked right front dining room door for them to let me in to pickup my online order, which I had placed on the Panera App. They stated they upon letting me it was due to them being understaffed, but oddly they had 5 crew members in the kitchen, clearly visible and working. I filled out a survey and was contracted by corporate in St. Louis, MO who stated this location is a franchise owned and or corporate owned, so all they can do is pass into the franchise order details of everything that occurred. They also suggested I steer clear of this location or any owned by Bluegrass Group because it has record a lot of complaints as do a majority of their franchised location in Georgia.

12/17/2025 was my FIRST time trying this place. I only tried it because I received certificate for a FREE KIDS MENU ITEM WITH ANY PURCHASE. I chose drive-thru and mentioned the certificate. I was told I had to make a minimum purchase of $6.99. This was NOT stated on the certificate! On top of that, the kids' items must have been a la carte and NOT included with the meal. I asked for a drink and it wasn't even added. I tried the half tuna sandwich and tomato soup. It was okay. I asked for a baguette and received chips instead. I will NOT return to this location.

I never have a problem with Panera but today they did me wrong. I ordered a WHOLE chicken salad sandwich. They barely put a full scoop of salad on my sandwich - not even enough to spread adequately on half sandwich (after scraping it all together on half the bread to try make a decent lunch. Shown is the extra bread leftover with nothing on it. I am annoyed. $18 later, I'm still hungry and I refuse to eat this cold naked bread.

Tonight was my first time trying Panera and definitely be my last time. The service was TRASH! When I walked in the cashier Jacquez was handling a customer who kept asking to taste the different drinks after he already told her he couldn’t do it. After them going back and forth about drinks for 3 mins then they started making conversation about something that had nothing to do with her order, she looked back acknowledged I was there and they both proceed to BS talk until I had to ask them if they could hurry up. As I’m placing my order all of a sudden he didn’t what kind of salad I had requested which was a green goddess chicken salad half size and a chili I wanted to try the drinks but I had already heard the cashier tell the previous customer how the drinks were nasty so I didn’t even try but that’s not good for the company especially to new customers. The food was nothing rave about probably would never go back again especially to this location.

Food was okay but it got cold. I went and waited for 2 minutes at the drive through and was ignored then went to the window and they looked at my multiple times yet ignored me for another 3 minutes. Had to go around multiple times before I got my food.

Came to this location 3 times while on vacation. Everyone was nice. Whoever makes the sweet tea here does a good job. Glad they had 3 working kiosks.

This is the best Panera I have ever been to. Not only is the food somehow better than the locations, but the ambiance and service is through the roof amazing. Each person I interacted with was so kind and helpful with everything. A kind gentleman even came by to clear our table for us. A huge kudos to this team for the hospitality they cultivate here. We had a wonderful experience and will make this our go-to spot.

I have the flu & just got out of the hospital from a very harsh nose bleed. I haven't been able to eat anything other than soup. I went to this store & ordered a chicken soup bowl, but i wanted to know about one of the drinks. I asked the person at the speaker & she gave me attitude. I was asking what it tastes like & she said very rudely as if i was asking a stupid question , "a drink?". & the other person had to take over & explain to me how the drink tastes. Once i got to the window the rude girl sat the sample of the juice down & made my girlfriend lean over to get it. It wasn't to my liking & my girlfriend politely tried to hand it back to her so she could throw it away & she rudely said, "i'm not taking that back." My girlfriend looked confused trying to figure out why. So my girlfriend said "well i guess the cup will just sit in the window if you don't throw it away." & she disrespectfully said "yeah i guess so." My girlfriend then spoke to her manager about her poor customer service & attitude. The manager apologized & then spoke to the girl, but the girl was smiling & smirking not taking it seriously. & then the girl came back with my food with the same attitude. People need to be mindful of their customers everyone is coming there for a reason they need something. you don't know the day people are having. BE KIND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! It's really not hard. If you don't like your job then simply pick another occupation. Train these teenagers to have respect. Also my soup was salty.

the little lightskin girl that be in drive thru at night is completely slow and has no knowledge of the menu at all. I asked her about the beverages of the menu items and she was blatantly rude to where another associate had to take over the mic. When i pulled up to the window she continued being rude and i sent her out for her manager. her manager said she would take care of it and i seen through the window that the little girl was smiling while speaking with management. They both do not take the management of this Panera seriously and should be taken into account.
