They never have French dips why advertise everywhere and be "out" how are you put of newest promo item all the time lazy ash
This is the best Panera I have ever been to. Not only is the food somehow better than the locations, but the ambiance and service is through the roof amazing. Each person I interacted with was so kind and helpful with everything. A kind gentleman even came by to clear our table for us. A huge kudos to this team for the hospitality they cultivate here. We had a wonderful experience and will make this our go-to spot.

I have the flu & just got out of the hospital from a very harsh nose bleed. I haven't been able to eat anything other than soup. I went to this store & ordered a chicken soup bowl, but i wanted to know about one of the drinks. I asked the person at the speaker & she gave me attitude. I was asking what it tastes like & she said very rudely as if i was asking a stupid question , "a drink?". & the other person had to take over & explain to me how the drink tastes. Once i got to the window the rude girl sat the sample of the juice down & made my girlfriend lean over to get it. It wasn't to my liking & my girlfriend politely tried to hand it back to her so she could throw it away & she rudely said, "i'm not taking that back." My girlfriend looked confused trying to figure out why. So my girlfriend said "well i guess the cup will just sit in the window if you don't throw it away." & she disrespectfully said "yeah i guess so." My girlfriend then spoke to her manager about her poor customer service & attitude. The manager apologized & then spoke to the girl, but the girl was smiling & smirking not taking it seriously. & then the girl came back with my food with the same attitude. People need to be mindful of their customers everyone is coming there for a reason they need something. you don't know the day people are having. BE KIND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! It's really not hard. If you don't like your job then simply pick another occupation. Train these teenagers to have respect. Also my soup was salty.

the little lightskin girl that be in drive thru at night is completely slow and has no knowledge of the menu at all. I asked her about the beverages of the menu items and she was blatantly rude to where another associate had to take over the mic. When i pulled up to the window she continued being rude and i sent her out for her manager. her manager said she would take care of it and i seen through the window that the little girl was smiling while speaking with management. They both do not take the management of this Panera seriously and should be taken into account.

They never have a drive though order and blow you off when you ask the manager about it.

Unacceptable experience. Menu failed to properly list dairy ingredients, requiring a sandwich remake. Waited roughly 45 minutes total while staff served multiple other orders, repeatedly ignoring my remade sandwich request. When asking for a refund, staff was dismissive and rude, making me wait while serving others. Restaurant conditions were deplorable - filthy bathrooms, damaged seats, and unwiped water on community tables. With poor allergen labeling, terrible service, and neglected facilities, this Panera location has significantly declined in quality.

over charged. Coupon didn't work they refused to honor it. Waited exactly 18 minutes for a supposed to be free kids meal. Got told 10 dollars for 3 macaroons. Cmon now. Then they tried having another employee tell me the same thing tried it twice smh. TIGHTEN UP

Picked up an order today with a gift card; not only was the fruit cup half empty and rotten looking; it was expired by THREE days. Keep in mind a fruit cup is an upcharge. When I called I spoke with Brianna, the manager who was not very caring, and said I could drive up there to get a replacement. This location needs to do better, and so does Brianna. This location has been sub par since opening. Panera should be embarrassed.
Also had to call back, as they provided the wrong drink. Brianna’s only solution was for me to drive back. I didn’t drive there from the get go; as it was picked up for me.
Brianna not only gave me rotten fruit; but really didn’t care about the mistakes.
This Panera is the worst.
Out of some things but taste great.

Spent a good 20 mins in the drive through waiting to only get told they were out of the one thing I came for without any alternative suggestions. Save your time and money and go next door to Chick-fil-
