I placed this order on 1/10 for delivery on 1/18 for my 3-year-old’s birthday party. Ten pizzas. Scheduled for 11:00 AM. Plenty of notice. At 11:00, no pizzas. Fine, things run late. But the tracker still showed step ONE. I tried calling the store over and over and kept getting a message saying the store was CLOSED, even though their hours say they open at 10:00 AM. By 11:30, with zero communication and no movement on the order, I had to LEAVE MY CHILD’S BIRTHDAY PARTY to drive to the store. The tracker still hadn’t changed. When I got there, the lights were off and the doors were locked. Not a single person inside. I had 15 kids and 20 adults expecting food. This store had over a WEEK’S notice for a large order and couldn’t even bother to open the doors or pick up the phone. Absolutely unbelievable. I had to panic-buy as much chicken as Publix would sell me just so people wouldn’t be standing around starving at a kid’s birthday party. That’s how badly this was handled. And the cherry on top? At 1:45 PM I finally get an EMAIL saying my order was canceled. No call. No apology. No explanation. No attempt to fix it. Just cowardly silence and an email once it was way too late. I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s many times before, but never again. This was beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable. If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what they’d get. The best Papa John’s to go too. One specific guy I think he’s the manager, he always treat me like we’ve been knowing each other for a long time. It’s always clean, smells good inside, and order is always quick, accurate, and taste great. I’m here at least one every other week or twice a week and as long as he’s making my pizza imma keep returning.

I understand a busy Friday night. But, it is always rude to turn your back to a customer when they ask if their pizza is ready and not answer. Had to ask three people if my pizza was ready due to them turning their back to me. Respect gets respect. If you look to the right of the register step 1 says. “Greet customer with smile”. Starting there would be nice.

I order at this location about once every few weeks and as good as the food has been overall, I’m a little frustrated that every time I order a stuffed crust pizza and pay the extra fees associated with it, my pizza is NEVER stuffed. I’m not sure if they aren’t looking close enough at the orders as they come in or if they just don’t care.

Ordered a pizza, arrived 45 minutes late and cold. I called and asked them to remake it. Arrived cold again (by cold I mean the cheese was no longer melted, it ripped when trying to pull a slice). I’m not sure what else to do. But, when they don’t screw up, it’s decent pizza, hence 2 stars and not 1 star.

Received wrong order initially and returned back to restaurant to notify them. Staff was very apologetic and offered a refund and replacement order. Replacement pizza was received timely and the staff again apologized for the mistake. I appreciate the the service provided and the way they handled the situation.

Consistently good & I always get the carryout special, which is a Lg one top for $7.99. They have recently changed the price a couple of times. So, I’ll be back when the price drops back down to $7 or $7.99. FRUGAL

Got the $7.99 one topping special … after adding a few more toppings it cost me $17… then when I pick up they print a copy of receipt so that I am expected to tip… so $20 for a $7.99 special and nothing special about it… undercooked and tasted like
