Since it's a chain my expectations were not high, but I was really surprised! Very well prepared and delicious food at reasonable prices, strong drinks, prompt polite and attentive service. Can't ask for much more!

My Jammm...I go for my Hennessy drank and my scrimp dish which they switched up. Great for family ar to chill at the bar and nosh on goodness. WHY AREN'T YALL IN NJ

Took a friend for her first time visit ... very disappointed. Took a long time to get our food and it was cold. They remade it, but the experience was already ruined.

I’ve called the Windy Hill location for 3 days straight to book a room to host an engagement party and was repeatedly never connected and when I was, hung up on. Only after a million attempts told that they don’t book party rooms on Fridays and to try other locations.

I just want to give a huge thank you and shout out to the manager Louie we had the most horrible waiter and service ever but once we asked for the manager he handled it in such a amazing way making me want to come back tomorrow. I appreciate great leadership and management. Thanks again Louie

This restaurant has always been at the top of my list when it comes to the food and the service. I absolutely LOVE Pappadeaux and I will never turn down a chance to enjoy a meal from here.

On this last visit, I tried the lobster bites for the first time. I am a HUGE fan of lobster but I have never had it served like this. When I tell you I would pay that money again without even batting an eye! This was the most delectable thing I have consumed in months! I also ordered the fried fish and the blackened fish. It ALLLL was unbelievable! Most importantly, I wasn't able to dine in so I had to do a pick up order. In my opinion, once a place can CRUSH the competition even while serving their food in to-go plates, they are the undisputed champions FOREVER! And that's exactly what Pappadeaux did on this visit!

Great food. We ordered the salmon and the trout. Both were delicious with great taste and prepared well. The service was excellent, our server Christine was very helpful, pleasant and timely. She had a great personality and is the main reason I am leaving this review. We would definitely return. Atmosphere is nice but it is very loud.

The menu has great seasonal options to allow for a unique experience every time we dine here. We had Sahira for a server and her personalized recommendations really elevated our dinner. We told her what taste we were seeking and she directed us to the perfect menu option. She helped me decide on the grand Hennessy, which was delicious! I had their salmon and grilled octopus and cleaned my plate! Their non seafood options were great for my husband. Sahira recommended the half chicken for him and he loved it. She checked in on us multiple times and was very cheerful throughout. Will definitely be back.

We went super early in the day. Our waiter was Guy and he was amazing. Food was absolutely delicious, service was 10/10 and the Hype about this place is real. It was my birthday dinner and we had two appetites, 3 salads, 2 desserts and 3 entrees, 2 alcohol drinks, 3 soft drinks. We spent about $300-$400 that’s including tip. I do recommend this place for special occasions, or if you want to just get out and have a great meal.
