I came here yesterday for a birthday & was very excited because i used to love eating here. Yesterday’s experience was disappointing. Our reservation was at 7p but we did not get seated until 7:30p..it did not look very busy. Once we were seated it took the waiter 15 mins to acknowledge us with waters and menus. We ordered queso & guacamole, that came about 30-40 minutes later. Whenever we could get the servers attention, we ordered drinks. Those also took about 20 minutes to hit the table. I ordered a $55 fajita & did not get to eat it with tortillas even after asking. The most service we got last night was when it was time for the servers to pre-buss & check us out. When you’re spending as much as you are, you hope for a better experience.

This was one of the most fun experiences at a restaurant I have ever had. My friends took me there for my birthday and we had the best time. Service and food was fabulous. Just all around fun. Margaritas are fabulous.

I visited this restaurant twice, and the contrast was striking. Three weeks ago, my wife and I enjoyed the family plate for $97, finding it delicious and good value. However, on Friday, 10/24, we ordered the #3, listed for $123, and were disappointed.
Firstly, we weren't informed that they were out of black beans, which we'd enjoyed on our previous visit. The fajita steak was burnt, a far cry from our last experience. The manager apologized for the beans and offered a $25 gift card for future use, but it wasn't enough to redeem the overpriced and subpar meal.
For $140+, we expected better quality and consistency. Unfortunately, it seems they've taken a step back, and I won't be giving them another chance.

I've been eating at Pappasito's off and on when I am in Atlanta for 25 years. The food quality has kept me coming back. Each dish has a distinctly authentic flavor profile and you won't leave hungry. I particularly enjoy their steak fajitas. They're a cut above what others in the area offer in just about every way.

Today, we visited Pappasitos! This is our go-to spot for great food. Our server today was very attentive, pleasant, friendly, and made my birthday celebration a great one. The atmosphere today was relaxed and quiet. We’ve been coming here for about 15 years, and Pappasitos never fails us. Highly recommend! And server John M. 3rd was great! Ask for his section! 😊

Overrated. Portions small. Atmosphere not that welcoming . Waiter did not come check on the table at all and they weren’t busy. Inside gives cafeteria vibe instead of restaurant. You better off cooking at home chile. Food far from authentic. Never went to Mexican restaurant where they charged for side of sour cream. 0/10 would never recommend.
