The Family Platter #2 was AMAZING! We absolutely loved the Diablo Shrimp. They also have the best tortillas I have ever had (you can watch them make the tortillas, so they come to the table hot and fresh). Highly recommend this place, the price is worth it!

We selected this place in hopes for some good Tex-Mex. But ultimately the menu has changed and it's becoming more of a seafood chain. Our server Alexis was accommodating and attentive and also very understanding. But ultimately there wasn't much on the menu and everything seemed to be a la carte They charge for any additional ingredients that typically come on Mexican food. Such as a burrito only comes with meat and cheese no rice and beans no peppers and things of that such and if you wanted to add onion or jalapenos or pico and things of that such there was an additional charge. We were a rather large party of a adults and four children. My food and another person of the parties food it did come out incorrect twice but the manager whose name I did not catch was awesome!! And had phenomenal customer service. He insured our orders came out correctly although it did take some time and the majority of everyone else was done eating by the time we did receive our food but he did profusely apologize, comp our meal, as well as providers with a gift card! That was very much appreciated.Parking: There's plenty of parking at this restaurants location It is free of chargeKid-friendliness: This is a family restaurant

Ambiance is terrible, super congested & loud. Got my meal wrong, took a long time to get the replacement, ruined the evening. Server was nice, but not well trained & overwhelmed, gave pretty poor service. I’ve been going to Papacita restaurants for a long time, going back to the early 90s in Houston, worst experience, by far, not sure we’ll ever go back to a Pappas restaurant, it sucked that bad. Food was good as usual.

Higher end Tex Mex. A little pricier than the neighborhood Mexican place you wear your cut offs and flip flops to although you wouldn't get too many stares for that here either. Service was spot on and food was eye catching and flavorful. Ladies, the restroom was spotless. Will go again. And again. And yet again.....and again..........
I always enjoy the food at this location. Absolutely delicious! I ate at the bar, and the young gentleman manning the bar was attentive. Atmosphere, it was cold. Love this place!
