Hours posted 11:30am opening on Saturday on the door, closed up with nobody there at 11:40, waited 15 minutes and nothing. Can’t say anything about the food because I left. Why advertise hours if you’re not going to be there at those hours?

I have tried to support this business for years but can no longer be a patron. At one time, I had considered becoming a franchisee, but the quality of product and service at this location have become untenable.Multiple times I have visited the store location within the listed hours of operation only to find the lights on but the doors locked. On one occasion, the employees were inside sitting at a table, just staring at passerbys through the door. Another time, they were sitting in a car in the parking lot.Up until recently, I would visit every week and purchase multiple ounces of the same type of wellness shot. Recently, the drink has been consistently prepared so incorrectly as to be undrinkable. I have also recently purchased a batch of wellness shot that was so old that it had begun to ferment and sour. (Also, a minor but consistent issue is that the lids never fit the bottle making for quite messy presentation, and the juice drips all over my vehicle interior.)The workers are kind enough but have little knowledge about the product and are consistently unable to provide any kind of suggestions or product knowledge.

Just tried to walk in at 2 pm to get a smoothie and the store was closed :( disappointed but we’re headed over to smoothie king now. At least we know they will be open .

I got here at 10:50 am to wait and finally try this place. The hours are hard for me to make, as it is, but I was finally free to go there. At 11:07, I walked up to the door - the open sign was on but the door was still padlocked. I looked inside and saw a woman behind the counter, but she didn't acknowledge me. At 11:10 the place still wasn't open so I left. Not cool to advertise certain hours and not adhere to them!

Amazing!! I got the Nutter Butter with chocolate whey protein and it was delicious!! It tasted like ice cream. The texture was soooo smooth!! And no chalky or gritty taste like other protein powders. It blew me away! You have to at least try this place! Sooo much much than chain smoothie places.

Highly recommend Nutter Butter if you're a peanut butter fan. I luv that they give you taste a sample of the drink you order, so that they can make adjustments if your not happy with the taste.

My favorite smoothie/juice bar in the city. The customer service is always on point. They give great suggestions and always greet you with a smile. The shots do exactly what is in the description. If you are feeling sick the mucus buster will get you right on a couple hours. My favorite smoothie is the Berry White!! Check them out!!

This smoothie bar is by my house. My favorite smoothie is the Barry White. Whenever I walk into the location, I am always met with a nice greeting. The only complaint that I have is, there's normally one person behind the counter. That one person is responsible for taking the order, handing the cash or card transaction, and making your order. On numerous occasions, the cashier has handled my cash payment, and went straight to making my order.... Never stopping to wash their hands (or even use hand sanitizer) between task. Money is known carry many germs. Taking one minute between handling cash, and making someone's order, to wash your hands could be the determining factor, if someone gets sick or not. Everyone's immune system is different. During this Pandemic, everyone should be taking moments to be extra cautious, and WASH THEIR HANDS. Other than that, this place is a nice smoothie bar, with many menu options.
