This place is dark, feels dirty and extremely unwelcoming. The espresso tastes burnt and incredibly cheap, for how much a SMALL coffee is, this isn’t right. Don’t waste your time or money here, it’s disgusting.

I am usually a regular perks along with my sisters and the drinks are great and the service has always been pretty good however, I’ve noticed recently the customer service isn’t as good and the Thai green tea is a lot weaker than what it used to be. They also do not allow dogs and I was unaware of this and there is no sign in indicating that overall perks is usually good but the customer service and quality has changed..

$30 for a drink and two sandwiches served on a paper plate is diabolical. Not to mention the owner was walking in with the breads and pastries from Costco.
Ordered a Macha Latte and paid over $7 and got a cup that was 2/3 full and that INCLUDED the foam!
