Updating this from my previous review.IT IS NO LONGER A PHO RESTAURANTI went here to get food one night to find out that they had changed (previous owners left apparently, they will be missed ?) and the staff asked us to try them before walking out.So we did. Got ramen, some chicken tender combo that came with fries, and burger. All of the food is store bought frozen and reheated, it's not done very well either. Not going back unfortunately.

Place was bought out and isn’t pho anymore. The name on the sign is the same but they don’t have pho just burgers and rolled ice cream, which I’m sure is delicious but that’s not what was advertised or what we came for.

Cheeseburger with onion rings, an order of fries and a sweet tea (which they didn't have and subbed with a Dr. Pepper) and tip was almost 25.00!The burger patty was like a disc, frozen and then cooked. The rings and fries were warmed and no flavor.I probably won't go back.

This is no longer pho oh pho. New ownership needs to refresh their Google page soon so it doesn’t look like they’re riding off of their reviews.

So let me tell you about this place. It is no longer a pho restaurant. It is now cafe wing max. It seems they are using the reviews from the previous establishment to get business.I initially went because I didn’t know that the pho restaurant had closed. I reluctantly ordered thinking maybe we’d have a new wing spot.Dead wrong.I ordered 2 10 piece hot lemon pepper combos which included wings and fries and a dressing.I placed the order and it was ready in 15-20 mins. So far so good. I took a peek to make sure the wings were right and they were thankfully, because I was concerned that they were going to mess it up since they seemed confused about what I was asking for.Got home and took the first bite…. The wings tasted like they had 100lbs of salt dumped onto them. And the fries at closer look and taste were old looking and mushy.. kind of like what they look like when you don’t fry them well or fry them in old grease.I called them to ask for a refund on my card because I wasn’t going to drive 20 min for them to still mess it up. I’d just take the refund and find something else to eat. The workers kept asking if I wanted to come to get the order remade.. 3 times I told them no and 3 times I request a refund to my card. A 4th time they asked… to which I replied no I would like a refund. I asked if they could just give my money back. They said they didn’t know how to refund cards. That is absolutely ludicrous. How do you not know how to refund a transaction? What do you do if you make a mistake when you over charge someone? What do you do when you someone decides to cancel their order?Needless to say as a new business you would think that they would want to ensure they are getting the best reviews possible, but that is not the case with this establishment. We had to call again and let them know we’d beEscalating the matter if necessary. The manager is supposed to call in the morning to handle it.. if they do I will update my review with the outcome.*update. The manager never called. Avoid this place until they either learn how to properly season their wings or they figure out how to properly manage complaints.

The food is amazing! We love the bah mi and the noodles! Costumer service is great! You need to try it, you wont be disappointed! The only concern is that I have I stopped by yesterday and it was closed. Does anyone knows if they will open soon? ?Kid-friendliness: Costumer service is awesome!
Been a regular since they opened, absolutely delicious pho and close to home, place always seemed busy when I would come in. Came here today and was super disappointed and surprised to see that they're closed down!! Without any sort of warning or heads up, not cool!!
Such a cute place it's small but really delicious! The spring rolls are superb fresh tasting and delicious, the Pho is well seasoned broth and not overly salty. I come here often and they are always

The bahn mi and pho is our go to order and it never disappoints. We sometimes also get the spring rolls (100% recommend). The food is always great and so is the service.
I recently saw some good reviews on this restaurant so I decided to give it a try today. Small restaurant in a strip mall; understaffed, one - person do it all in the front house, so I still gave him some tip. Service won't be expected. I ordered a large pho, which is considered small compared to other restaurants, with $15.99 is not worth the price. Plus, the taste just mediocre. I won't give it a second try unless I couldn't find any other Pho restaurant.
