I dined at this place yesterday and had a delightful experience. The cashier (Aster) , manager (Charles) , and waitress (Chris) all provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed and well-attended to throughout my visit. That was my first time and I was happy with my visits so far. I want to acknowledge Charles for welcoming me with a big smile. There was a big line in front of me and no body was helping him but he was helping me with smile and patience. I want to give him the credit for making my visit enjoyable. I had fried chicken and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for both the quality of the service and the food. Definitely worth a visit!

I went to the Piccadilly on Cobb Parkway in Marietta GA today to pick up some food to go which my order came to $20.53. I got to extra vegetables so I paid attention to the amount because I normally don’t that much later when I was at home my credit card company flashed the amount of my payment which I noticed I was charged $25.53 which prompted me to view my receipt and it was for the $20.53. I called the restaurant and explained to a Vicky what occurred and she said I tipped $5.00 which was definitely fraud attempted on my card I told her the lady at the cash register just rang up my bill and swiped my card and there was no mention of a tip today or any other day that I have picked up a plate. Now I wonder has this happened before and I did not catch it glad I added this new feature where my credit card texts every transaction. Someone is always scheming to scam.

This was my first time going to Picadilly. It was OK, but it was nothing special was kind of expensive and the food was kind of bland. You know it just was kind of bland. I had the fried sway I had potato salad. I had a sweet potato soufflé the sweet potato soufflé was good And I had mac & cheese. It was very bland. Corn bread muffin was very dry and then I asked for dinner roll instead of that but it was nothing special. It was just OK and I said it was too expensive. The lady who came to the table and gave you napkins she was very nice and also the people behind the food. They seem very nice, but like I said, the food was nothing special to me.

I did a takeout today and had a great experience. The server was so patient, friendly, kind & helpful. When I asked her about several dishes she explained it without hesitation. Then, I got to the cashier she was just as friendly & kind as the server. I didn't get their names but it was after lunch. I just wanted to let Piccadilly know that they have Awesome employees! Thank you for all you do ladies!
Today my family and I had lunch here and it was absolutely awful!! Especially the customer service received from the manager Charles. His attitude, tone of voice and demeanor was very rude and ugly. My server on the other hand was ver sweet (Janice). I will not visit this location again and I will definitely let everyone I know not to visit as well.
