Poor customer service. I have been to this location 3 times and there was something wrong with my order all 3 times... 3 strikes and they are out.... I will have to make a drive a little further the next time my family wants Pizza

Received a totally wrong order, I called the store and they put me on hold and never answer me back, I callback again and they never answered. This is the second time. I guess is time to search another options, I hope they dress-up these issues before they lose more customers.

I would give a negative star if I could. Ordered delivery that I waited for over an hour that was still sent to the wrong house!! Called to get it re sent but this time they didn’t have any drivers so I had to walk to get my food. Get there and there’s no apology but only bad attitudes. Get home and it again the wrong order. 0/0 Keith lee would not recommend

Didn’t get drink after they informed me of out of the one I ordered and ordered wings naked and got hot sauce which I can’t eat on them worst place never again plus 35 minutes late after original deliver time set no fault of driver this was my 3rd time ordering and all 3 wrong

This is the second time we have ordered Pizza Hut delivery and have received the wrong order. Both times the order was entirely wrong and both times the food delivered was cold. Both times I called to speak with someone and twice each time I was either hung up on or the call was dropped. I won’t be trying them again.

This was the third time in a row I ordered from this Pizza Hut and it turned out bad. The main issue was that it was way overcooked. The taste itself outside of it being overcooked was also off, so the experience was very bad to be honest, the worst experience so far.
I don’t know why this keeps happening, but unfortunately I will no longer order from this Pizza Hut. Hopefully I can find another in the area. I do appreciate the customer service at this location though. I have never had a bad experience in that area.
Sorry to leave this review but I had to be honest after having back-to-back bad experiences.

Location is pretty bad. Taking forever to make a single pizza. Only have 1 person working, the manager isn't even around to help. The person making and packing the food can't even help out front. This is ridiculous.

Horrible pizza!!! Nothing tastes good here and the pizzas are usually undercooked and poor quality for such expensive prices! They should either hire an all new staff or close this location down because it is trash!!!

You can tell this place has a different crew/mgt. No since of urgency. This is my first time having to wait for my order that was placed 30 minutes ago. Very disappointing. 4 people here only one of them working.
