Ripped me off financially to my face when I asked if it was cheaper to get a large. Paid 14 for a medium then tipped him when I could have gotten a large for the same price with a deal. Not cool didn't feel like arguing so I took the L and left sad.

It’s been a while since I’ve ordered from this location. I got pizza delivered to work, it tasted better than before (less salty) and it was hot and tasty when it got here. Will definitely order again in the future!

Don't know what's up with the guy that worked today around 6:30 on Oct 28,2024 But he needs to have a better attitude I'm being respectful and nice and guy just leaving a bad taste in my mouth rushing me and when finding out there's no drivers I ask for refund and he just hangs up without any confirmation if I will receive the refund and he lied saying he will notify a driver to deliver my food when he sees it then tells me there's no driver

The employee stated they couldn't find my payment after I already paid and the money was taken off my card. I called and spoke with employees and was very rude and didn't have any accomodations for

Pizza Hut on 1386 Roswell Rd Marietta, GA 30062. I placed an order on 10/19/24 at 6:30 pm through the app. I then received a text saying my order will be delivered by Door Dash with a link for status. The Pizza Hut tracker showed delivery by 7:05. I called the store at 7:22 asking about the location of my order. They told me that there was a problem with their system and that Door Dash had just picked up the order. At 7:27 i received another text from Door Dash saying my order had just been picked up. At 7:52 I called the store again asking where my order was. They said that Door Dash had it and must have kept it. They then said that they would remake it it get it out to me within 25 minutes. I called the store back again at 8:52 and got redirected to their call center. I explained the situation and expressed my frustrations. The young lady at the call center got her supervisor to call the store. They connected us and at this point, I was on my way to the store. They told me that they would refund my order and send it out again. I told them that the refund is fine but I will come get it so please have it ready when I got there. I walked out the store at 9:30pm with my order. My 2 youngest kids were in bed at this time and settled for peanut butter sandwiches. My 2 older boys were able to eat before they went to bed. Today is 10/29/24 and we have yet to receive our refund as they told us they would do. Almost a $70 order and this is just unacceptable. I plan on contacting the Franchise owners about this. Also, this is not the first time it has taken hours to get our pizza from this location. Papa Johns has never let us down like this.

I always place my order at this store and the lady who takes the order is always very attentive and friendly but when my order arrived I asked for buffalo wings and the wings didn't have any sauce and I also ordered 3 dishes and they didn't even get any dressing like ranch but I know that they are going to pay more attention

I keep calling trying to place a order and I will get no answer and when they do answer they place me on hold and never come back to the phone and then I hang up and call back and they put me on hold.this store is very inconvenient
