No one ever answered the phone.It’s impossible to change/cancel/etc an order you placed for later in the day/week.100% impossible. Since an order placed with the app or online can’t be cancelled or changed via the app or online, all you can do is call, where you’ll never get a person to answer. This doesn’t change depending on the time you call; they just refuse to answer.

They don’t pay attention to items on the orderWent to pick up my order waited 20mins and then the lady tells me she forgot to put the breadsticks in the oven and it would take another 10 plus minutes. I was doing DoorDash and this really kills our money and time! 3 times this has happened at this same place! I wonder if the get penalized when they are 20-30mins behind pick up time? I don’t want to ever go back here

Recently ordered delivery for Lunch from the Marietta location. My Co-worker and I highly enjoyed our meals. The pizza, pasta, and cheese sticks were hot and delicious. The pizza, although a personal pan, was piled high with toppings and made exactly how I requested on my order. Will definitely order from here again.

The location is very scarce on their toppings. And they never provide me with the extra toppings that I pay for.
Tbis store has to have a very big food waste. I use to love this store. Now that they have a new general manager, Anthony, I see why this store has so many complaints & problems. Anthony made my food, & he is also the one that did NOT follow the grill receipt for what to put on my food. He made my food the way he so chose to which was wrong!!! Most of the customers for this store have to go to other stores because this store will mess your food up at least 6 times before getting it close to right. Even then, it is only close to right & not right!!! This guy didn't even offer to remake my food. He just decided to be very rude, condescending, and debasing.

No one at the register when I entered. An employee alerted the cashier that a customer was at the register, she did not acknowledge me. Cashier was sliding pizza off the spatula into a box using her bare hands. No masks while making the food.

I want to give you guys 0 stars!!!There will be no next time. You guys got my order wrong 3 times. I wasted an hour of my time waiting for you guys to get my simple order right. I asked for NO CHEESE (as I am allergic to it, and told you guys) and you guys repeatedly put it on my pizza.You took me $40, and did not give me a refund, even though I returned all the pizzas ordered. Customer service was absolutely horrible. I'm Done with Pizza Hut!!!I will get my money back!!!!
