I got an email to use some points for a free medium 2 topping pizza so I used it. That pizza was great and fresh. I also ordered a large cheese pizza. That pizza was hard and tough to eat like it had been made long before I ordered it. It went in the trash because I had to go to work.

I placed an order online and once I arrived they told me they didn’t have the Mozzarella sticks so I asked to just be refunded for the Mozzarella sticks and keep the rest of the order as it. Instead of refunding the Mozzarella Sticks he went ahead and charged me again for the order without my consent or letting me know he just told me it’s been refunded. Also a guy came in and ordered in store and they started making his order before mine, I was already waiting for 10 minutes in the store before they even started on my order mind you they were not busy at all 2 staff members were just standing around.

I’m trying to figure out why do pizza places don’t wear gloves when preparing the pizzas. I just watched an employee make multiple pizzas without gloves. She had some very long nails on, rings on both hands, and a dangling bracelet which was dragging across every pizza. If they not gonna wear gloves, they shouldn’t have no jewelry on. Then, I seen another girl wipe her hands on her pants and continue using her hands. This exactly how ppl get sick after eating the food. Employees need ServSafe training again.
Would give 0 stars if I could I waited there for 25 minutes past when my food was “ready” just for someone who’S order was going to be ready 15 minutes after mines received their food . Only to be asked if I wanted a soda for my wait nooo I don’t I wanted my food but I decided to leave not worth the wait thankfully I didn’t pay before my order was ready…. I doubt I will order from this store again

This location is the worst location and makes Pizza Hut seem desperate to take their customers money I have ordered time and time again from this location and put specific detail on my order I’ve had to call the restaurant to make sure my order was fixed correctly or they’d ignore the instructions even as it showed on the order ticket then I ask for a little extra sauce on my boneless wings because this location skimps on the sauce and expects you to pay for extra. it’s one specific person I know to never ask for anything no matter how much I have spent she will always charge me extra for whatever I ask for if it’s a drizzle or a drop she will not give anything it’s like she pays for everything in the store

Very dissatisfying. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite place to get pan pizza. Guess it’s time for me to find a new spot. Very disappointing the food taste like it’s lacking ingredients or lacking quality of ingredients. I know the food cost has gone up everywhere but if you’re paying that kind of money, it should at least be worth it. 😒

Ghetto joke of a Pizza Hut. Do NOT order from this store. You WILL get your food late and it will be wrong and cold, the management WILL talk to you as though you peed in their corn flakes this morning, and customer service will NOT care about any of your concerns. Just order dominoes. There’s a reason they are beating PH into the dirt across the board. PH has zero hiring standards.
Not to mention, I just love when store managers blatantly hang up on me when I call with concerns. And then I call back and ask why she did that and she says “ummmm I don’t recall hanging up on you….”. Lady you did it five mins ago please do not disrespect me.

The pizza has a good flavor, I like it. The service is good Very kind ladies and gentlemen Just notice that at the time of preparation. Cooks do not use gloves They apply the ingredients directly with their hands.
I consider that in the kitchen in any food establishment They should wear gloves Since sometimes they have access to the cell phone, their wallet, or even going to the bathroom. Hands must be clean Disinfected and of course protected with gloves.
