Very dissatisfying. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite place to get pan pizza. Guess it’s time for me to find a new spot. Very disappointing the food taste like it’s lacking ingredients or lacking quality of ingredients. I know the food cost has gone up everywhere but if you’re paying that kind of money, it should at least be worth it. 😒

Ghetto joke of a Pizza Hut. Do NOT order from this store. You WILL get your food late and it will be wrong and cold, the management WILL talk to you as though you peed in their corn flakes this morning, and customer service will NOT care about any of your concerns. Just order dominoes. There’s a reason they are beating PH into the dirt across the board. PH has zero hiring standards.
Not to mention, I just love when store managers blatantly hang up on me when I call with concerns. And then I call back and ask why she did that and she says “ummmm I don’t recall hanging up on you….”. Lady you did it five mins ago please do not disrespect me.

The pizza has a good flavor, I like it. The service is good Very kind ladies and gentlemen Just notice that at the time of preparation. Cooks do not use gloves They apply the ingredients directly with their hands.
I consider that in the kitchen in any food establishment They should wear gloves Since sometimes they have access to the cell phone, their wallet, or even going to the bathroom. Hands must be clean Disinfected and of course protected with gloves.

I peeked through the drive through tonight and seen someone spreading cheese on pizzas with no gloves .As I looked around no one in the kitchen had gloves on .

I ordered a pizza from them on tonight. They told me it would b 35 to 40 mins. It took them 2 hours to deliver. I was put on the phone with a manager. I explained the situation. She pit me on hold never came back. To talk to me. Then when my food got here it was soggy from the pizza sauce and wings were cold. This place needs to b shutdown permanently. Poor food and customer service. The food not fit for a yard dog. Never gonna order from 5here again. If u wanna eat trash go here.

They like to over charge and when asked for a refund they give you store credit but when you come in to use it they claim you don’t have it. Horrible service
This Pizza Hut is a terrible representation for this brand. The restaurant is dirty, you can tell from the front counter because the floors were dirty, the pizza oven had smears all over and needed to be cleaned on the outside so I can only imagine what the inside of it looks like. Customer service is poor, the food is...You can go to the store and buy a frozen pizza and it'll still be better than the pizza this Pizza Hut serves. They need to seriously close this store front down because it's taking up space where a real business could be and prospering. Don't go here, waste of money. The best thing here are the sodas.

Pizza good only if you pick up! Otherwise the people in charge there are garbage juice! A guy that’s been there about 3-4 yrs black dude is horrible! They don’t deliver your food for hours and when they do it’s cold!

This place does not have good customer service at all based off of a my several experiences. This last call I got hung up on and when I called back, the young girl had a terrible attitude, not to mention the past multiple times that I’ve ordered food from there the pizza tasted and looked old. As it has been sitting under a heat lamp, maybe for like 18 hours old not fresh at all whatsoever and then they have the audacity to be rude and your order doesn’t even come in for several hours later and you have to call about it and check on it and when it does come in, they’re missing your soda , so no, I would not recommend this pizza place
