The pizza is never baked long enough, they never remember the extra sauces I pay for. No consistency in the orders we receive except 90% of the time, the topping on the breadsticks might as well not exist. Don’t bother asking for any special instructions, either the employees don’t look for them on the order or just don’t care. When doing pick up orders, the employees act like you are an inconvenience.
We keep using this location because it is close to the house but are about to try pick up at another location. Just too frustrated with the same issues over and over.

They take forever to get your order. I stood there for 5/10 minutes before I waved someone down to front. I counted at least 5 people working one of which was scrolling on instagram and ignored me the entire time I was there. And it’s not like it was crowded, I was the only one there. And on top of that the order was wrong

Asked for Alfredo creamy sauce, and got regular marinara sauce. Very disappointed. Guy at counter seemed nice, but very disconnected, and staff as well.

We ordered on the app. Got there, waited and the person finally came to the window and said it was to late and the order got canceled.... so frustrating when the app let us make it and gave us a time it'd be ready, get there, and nothing. So we got taco bell instead. ?
