3rd strike, I'm done with this location. A shame too, since I've never had a bad experience at any other Planet Smoothie location, just this one, and repeatedly. It's a stain on the entire franchise.
If you're lucky, it'll only take 30+ minutes to make your smoothie (even if it's not busy). If you're unlucky, you'll drive up during hours that are posted both online & on their door as being "Open", only to find that they're closed...as happened to me yesterday. This has been a recurring comment on negative reviews for this particular store for YEARS, it's not like this was a one-off or anything new.
No worries, I won't make the mistake of choosing this location again -- the Planet Smoothie in Roswell by the Target is fast, and open when they say they're open. That store is a little more of a drive, but it's actually faster if I take the farther drive out to that location vs. going to this one closer to my house. That speaks volumes.

Arrived 25 minutes before closing…to find them closed early. Tried calling before driving over, but the phone number doesn’t work. I’ve had good experiences in the past with good service and great smoothies, but kind of a bummer when I drive 20 minutes out of my way.

Store hours do not match those listed in Google. Pulled into parking lot at 9:23 and store was already closed even though it’s closing time is 10pm. Disappointing.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Planet Smoothie. My order took over 30 minutes to make, which is unacceptable for a place that specializes in quick, healthy drinks. When I finally received my smoothie, it tasted very watered down and flavorless, making it undrinkable. I informed the lady working there, but she said she was not qualified to give me a refund and the manager was not present. I threw my drink away and left, feeling like I completely wasted my money. I won't be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with this Planet Smoothie's service. Ordered online, arrived on time, but had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order to be prepared. And to top it off, they were out of the Meal Replacement Protein, which I specifically ordered. Clearly, they have serious inventory and efficiency issues. Save yourself the frustration and read the bad reviews before wasting your time and money here.

If you’re not going to be open during the times that you say you’re going to be open, then you must change your Google listings so that is fair for the customers trying to get something from the restaurant. I came here at 9:20 at night and drove 7 miles to get a smoothie just to find that the actual operating hours were incorrect on Google.

Very disappointed me along with 15 of my coworkers ordered smoothies from here they arrived an hour late. But that wasn’t the only problem some of us noticed a funky taste and that afternoon were violently id be careful ordering from here! I have never had an issue till Friday march 1st. It was a terrible experience and sadly I will not be ordering from here ever again.

Many of my coworkers and I ordered smoothies from here yesterday, Friday, March 1st. Most if not all of us have gotten food poisoning symptoms from the smoothies. We are expunging our insides from both ends for hours on end. Anybody who serves any sort of food service should ALWAYS make sure no cross contamination is happening, washing hands THOROUGHLY, and making sure everything is sanitary, safe, and not expired. This was a Friday treat for all of us and it ended in us having diabolical experiences. We will never be ordering from this franchise again.
Me and about 15 other coworkers ordered smoothies from this location yesterday. Approximately 10 out of 16 people have been VIOLENTLY puking since consuming the smoothies yesterday. I am ashamed to say that we will no longer be ordering from this location due to these conditions. We ordered smoothies and it took over an hour to receive them and then when we received them they had separated. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience.

I’ve been here several times trying to buy a tumbler for me and my girlfriend. They advertise that you can bring it back and refill it for $5-$7. The problem is that they only have one tumbler. The other one has a crack in it. We’ve spoken to 4 separate employees about it and 2 of them told us that they would reach out to the manager or owner and have tumblers for us the next time we come in. We’ve come in 3 more times over the past 2 weeks. No tumblers. I guess they don’t care.
