Planet Smoothie

This was my first visit to this location. I ordered an Açaí bowl and a smoothie but was disappointed by how little Açaí and toppings was in the bowl. Other locations I’ve been to typically fill it closer to the top.

Last few times I've ordered online they have been out of the items. Today I ordered a bowl they again didn't have it and then it was a big deal to get a refund. Then the door is consistently locked during the day.

I usually come to this location but today was my best visit yet. It was very busy but the young lady at the window was very patient and still managed to have a smile on her face and a positive attitude. My order was made very neatly and was delicious. Because of her I will definitely be back!

. Unfortunately there are just not good smoothie places convenient in Marietta. Which is how I found myself at Planet Smoothie. I rarely go to this location because the customer service is really poor, and tonight was no different. 2 hours before close doors are locked and no one is answering the drive thru even though you can see there's an employee just sitting in the store, and the signs say open and so does the hours on the door. I mean just don't go to work if you don't want to do the job. Oh well guess I'm the jerk for wanting a smoothie.

I came here before 5pm today, and the service provided was excellent and courteous. Goodwin was a friendly employee who efficiently prepared the order :)
