Last few times I've ordered online they have been out of the items. Today I ordered a bowl they again didn't have it and then it was a big deal to get a refund. Then the door is consistently locked during the day.

I usually come to this location but today was my best visit yet. It was very busy but the young lady at the window was very patient and still managed to have a smile on her face and a positive attitude. My order was made very neatly and was delicious. Because of her I will definitely be back!

This smoothie shop is mostly a drive through place. We've gone in once or twice but for the most part they want you to use the drive thru lane. Smoothies are expensive but good. When we get a coupon in the mail it does keep the price down. We also love the açaí bowls. Very filling and tasty.

. Unfortunately there are just not good smoothie places convenient in Marietta. Which is how I found myself at Planet Smoothie. I rarely go to this location because the customer service is really poor, and tonight was no different. 2 hours before close doors are locked and no one is answering the drive thru even though you can see there's an employee just sitting in the store, and the signs say open and so does the hours on the door. I mean just don't go to work if you don't want to do the job. Oh well guess I'm the jerk for wanting a smoothie.
I came here before 5pm today, and the service provided was excellent and courteous. Goodwin was a friendly employee who efficiently prepared the order :)

My family and I have been here a hand full of times and each time we went the customer service towards us was terrible. I honestly believe they do not like servicing black folks. I will never support this location nor any other Planet Smoothie locations. I even tried calling to talk to a manager and they played games.

Today 2:45 I pulled up to the speaker and no one said anything to me for a few minutes. I said "Hello?" a few times with no answer. I pulled up to the window and no one saw me, presumably because of the big decal on the window. I left because no one ever acknowledged me. I'm giving three stars because the smoothies are good, but employees really need to pay attention.
