The only reason for the loss of a star is pricing confusion. The touch screen had a diffrent price for my item than what is on the posted menu. The employee was apologetic and helpful about menu items. The ponko hotdog was surprisingly delicious!
I'm giving this 3 stars because while the staff is friendly and the one time I've eaten there it was very good, I haven't been able to order anything the last 3 times because they are out of tofu. I think I counted at least 5 dishes with fried tofu on the menu. None of which have been available my last 3 visits over the last 6 months because I've been told they are out of Tofu. I just had an amazing experience at this PONKO Marietta Square location. I hadn’t been here in a while and Lenor was a huge help with reacquainting me with the menu and putting me on new items. His customer service was patient, yet thorough and his chicken wings recommendation was delicious! I rarely leave reviews, but Lenor single-handedly made my return to PONKO a memorable experience so much so I had to show love. Me and my taste buds appreciate it 😋
