I would have given 0 ratings if it was allowed. Worst experience. Had to stand in line for half an hour with inexperienced staff not knowing basic things like price, then was told that register stopped working hence goto other counter, which took half an hour more, and manager told that food pass purchased is not valid at White Water, which was not true. Finally, food quality was bad. Bread sticks were not heated well. And not to mention exorbitant price of cheese slice - 17$! Will not visit again. My money got wasted in Gold pass and food pass.

The food is gas but the prices r js not realistic. The pizza is amazing but it shouldn’t cost an arm n a leg js to get a couple slices of pizza.

TERRIBLE. If I could give it half a star I would, staff is terrible, takes forever to put an order in because everyone is joking and laughing around instead of doing their jobs. Do better.

I don't like to leave negative notes, but I think the place requires attention from someone who knows how to run a pizzeria, and even more so at the counter.
We ordered a family pizza and after 40 minutes of waiting no one gave us an answer, we had to show discomfort and discomfort for someone to come out of the kitchen to solve the problem, the very formal and attentive lady helped us, but the initial attention is not what What we expect from a family day.

$58 for a large and $16 a slice. So I just knew this pizza ? was gonna be bomb ?. If this wasn’t the blandest, overpriced pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I understand where I am and things will be more expensive, but don’t serve me cheap ingredients when charging premium prices. 2 pizzas $116 I should be at least pleased with the product even if I’m displeased with the price. ????

Horrible service. They don't prefer serving pizza by slice. We order pizza by slice, and waited for 1hr. When I told the ladies there that I have been waiting for slice of pizza they said "I know, we want to get the whole pizza orders out first before we do slice". The line never ends, which means it could be end of day by the time we get our food. All of them who ordered pizza by slice were waiting.... Don't go there. And the guys 3 is not cheaper either. I spent $80 on 4 slice pizza and drink. Six flags white water sucks with their management

Went with my family last weekend. The park requires reservation,so I thought the number of people will be limited. When we arrived at the parking lot we saw the same amount of cars as every year before the pandemic.Half of the rides are closed and those that are open ware packed.People on top of people. Nobody is keeping distance, no masks.Masks are required only when you get a drink or food at the window. We spent about 2 hours at the park and left.My kids went 4 times on a slide and I spent all time in line waiting for drinks and food.Met my friends at the park when we arrived. They were leaving because the park was very unsafe. We've had passes for 7 years. This was the first time we went to Six Flags in 2020 and not sure if we will go another time this year. Feel like Park passes and Dining passes were a waste of money this year . Definitely not buying the passes for the next year.

We drove 3 hours before realizing that tickets are half price because only half the rides are open! I expected to see a notice or warning on line but you have to go into the individual rides to see half the rides are closed for the season.

Opening day COVID19 July 3, 2020.... very disappointed... took my family out with masks and sanitizer. We got to the park and went through the tents where nobody was following the 6ft apart guidelines and nobody was enforcing the 6ft apart guidelines. Tried my best to keep distance between my family and people behind me so at least they would be a safe distance from others. At the ticket/pass line when asking a family that was right up my butt to please back up 6ft bc not only am I trying to protect myself but also them, I received nothing but attitude from them. Once inside we went through the 4 rides that were open at the time. More and MORE people were being let inside the park ( to me we had enough people in the park already with the “implemented” 6ft distance). Some ride guides were not wearing masks, people walking around with no masks. After an hour I had enough and decided it was best to leave the park. If you guys are going to open to the public than you failed miserably today and did not enforce anything. Heck almost if not all your hand sanitizer stations were empty! Disappointing. My best advice to those that want to follow all cdc guidelines. Get there early and get out before 1pm.

This is really a 2.5-star review. We visited Six Flags Whitewater on Tuesday June 30th, its second operating day under 2020's COVID-19 restrictions. As Diamond Members we were annoyed that so much of the park was closed. Had we paid full price for daily tickets we'd have been furious. The park opens to the general public in a few more days. Hours have been cut back to noon - 6 pm for the entire season, but of course admission prices remain unchanged. There are more slides and attractions closed there than open. I was told they can't get enough lifeguards to return due to the Virus. CLOSED rides: Runaway River, Dive Bomber, Lizards Tails, 2 out of 3 "legacy" body flumes, Bahama Bobsled, Black River Falls, Gulf Screamer, Caribbean Plunge, Bermuda Triangle, Tidal Wave, Little Hooch (Lazy River), Captain Kids Cove and Skull Island. The old River Rapids ride, renamed Escape Chute/Secret Passage and which was closed all of last season, is still in the process of being demolished. OPEN rides: Tornado, Typhoon Twister, Wahoo Racer, Mutiny Chute, 1 of 3 body flumes, Dragon's Tail, Activity Pool, Buccaneer Bay, Llilypad Crossing, Atlanta Ocean. Only about half of the food locations were open. The Coke Freestyle location was closed, as was the ice-cream and smoothie place near it, which was especially disappointing to us. On the plus side, the crowd-size was quite small and several rides were walk-up rides or had short waits. We used our Dining Passes at the Sternwheeler and liked all of what we got (black bean burger, foot-long hotdog, fruit cup, brownies). Social distancing was haphazard but guests were generally trying to comply; masks or facial coverings are required for park entry and in public areas (and in lines for food), but not on rides. There were the usual logistical snafus you expect from Six Flags, of course. Fifteen minutes after opening and the pizza location had no ice for sodas. Later, the turkey-leg booth had only lemonade and no sodas, and this was on a very slow day. Since so many rides were closed we were pretty much finished with the ones that were open within two hours. It was pretty disappointing; I truly hope they open more rides before the season really starts.

It was a very nice place with a variety of rides. My favorite was the tornado. All the rides were very enjoyable but all the restaurants have the same meals (chicken strips and fries).it would be very nice if there were different foods.Overall it was exciting.I reccomend this place to thrill riders.
