So today on my birthday I came into the Qdoba located on Church Street. I'm assuming the owner or manager, Pratt, had an attitude from the beginning of my order to check out. She was very rude and unprofessional. As I got ready to check out, she stated she did not want to serve me. Yet, she's the one with the attitude. I politely told her to have a good day and wished her a better day because I'm not going to allow her negativity to affect my birthday or my day in general. So, beware when you come to this place that you may not get good customer service. It's really ridiculous because I've spent a lot of money here. I will take my services elsewhere. I wanted people to know what the experience was like...it was horrible, unacceptable, and unnecessary.

Coming from dance rehearsal wanted fast food but not MD or BK l. Stopped at this Mexican spot in hopes of finding delicious Chimichanga, a traditional Mexican dish and they didn’t have it! ??Pratiksha went to get Adriana, the only Mexican employee in the restaurant to see if she could help her make it for me.They were so kind and willing to go ABOVE AND BEYOND for my ChimichangaaaaaaaaaGraciasssssss chicas❤️Whoever the manager is better take care of these gems of employees. Pay them well, give them all the support they need because they just kept a customer that was about to leave!

The heavyset male was rude and seemed annoyed that we were there an hour and 40ish minutes before closing which looking at another review seems like they were gonna close earlier than the posted time. We had also asked for a Jarrito drink and the guy asked us if we had our own bottle opener like he didn’t want to open it for us.

The guy was making a pretty woman's food with no hesitation. When it was time to make my food he was moving hella slow because he was making online orders at the same time, while moving a mile a minute when he got to me. I'm thinking to myself, " I'm here now, and they are coming in later." Horrible customer service. The burrito was trash. Sour cream bottle was damn near empty when he squeezed spec's on my burrito.Moe's is 10 times better. I asked him for chips but remembered how slow he was with my burrito n said nevermind. I had not been to Qdoba in a while. Mex, TexMex is not necessarily my food of choice and the last time I was there i was unerwhelmed mostly with the look and condition of the restaurant. Qdoba Marietta reopened in May of last year under what I learned is new management, I visited there today and was more than pleasantly surprised. The store was clean, the food tasted fresh, the staff was amazingly friendly and although this is not my fave food, I will return again to try other items on the menu including the breakfast options! I told them to keep up the good work and I hope they do. Much improved!Parking: Parking is sufficient.

Great food and service. Since they have reopened the quality of service and food have both gone way up. Generous portions, friendly people and great food. Better than Moes and Chipotle by a mile.

It was lunch time and the food looked old as if it was in the same food from the day before and reheated and served for lunch. The meat looked old and dry and everything else was stuck to the containers. They're wrapping this food up at night with saran wrap and rewarming it for lunch. All of if looked old and dry. I ask the young lady who took my order if it was freash she said oh yeah ?. I was the only one in their and no line so why's the food not fresh or even smell anyone cooking,everyone was standing around. It was good when they first open and now i feel like they should just close for good, sad. When i spend my money expect better. I pack my lunch atleast 4 - 5 days a week and once or twice a mont i may eat out. I rather pack peanut butter sandwiches everyday than eat this.

I was so sad that the store discontinued the impossible meat. My daughter had a chance to eat it and I wanted to experience it. Didn’t get that experience but the staff were so polite, kind, and so freaking friendly. I’ve enjoyed my visit and will be back.
