As a background I travel for a living I stay in hotels every week and have being doing this for 20 years and have never experienced such a disgusting hotel. The front staff are awesome super friendly and helpful but this the only reason I gave them 1 star. To start this hotel is creepy. It’s old and very run down. The photos are very deceiving they look nothing like the property, The elevators look like you’re in a horror movie broken buttons and all. I wanted to cancel my reservation after the first night in hind sight I wish I did, Stayed for 5 days had no maid service and didn’t sleep 1 full night even the rooms have a very unsettling feeling to them, I would never stay here again and wouldn’t even recommend it to my ex wife to stay there.

Stayed for a whole month. Our room was never cleaned UNLESS WE ASKED. The house keepers would go to every room that surrounded ours, but skipped over our room. We’ve witnessed front desk staff be rude to guests/potential guests on multiple occasions. Cutting them off, shooshing them, etc. Elevators broke down twice during our stay. The first time there were guests waiting in the lobby for 6+ hours because they couldn’t make the steps up to their room. They provide a breakfast every morning, which is just breakfast sandwiches and bagels you have to warm up, yogurt, and cereal. Not a terrible hotel if you know what you’re getting into.

This hotel was the weirdest experience I've ever had - and I've stayed in a hotel that was once a prison with rooms that had no windows, so that is saying something. While the staff was great! Wanda and her team were very welcoming, the hotel was ridiculous. 1) No signage out front. I thought that they might have gone out of business between the time I booked and the time I showed up. 2) Room numbers written on the wall in permanent marker. 3) Dingy carpet and furniture. While I didn't see any bugs, I definitely checked the mattress. It was yellowed with holes worn in it. I will say that the linens looked clean despite being very thin and worn as well. 4) Hair on everything, and not my hair! For example, I grabbed a hand towel that looked bright white and crisp as if it had recently been bleached... But unfolded it to find an 18" long strand of fake hair that most definitely came from someone's weave. 5) A really weird window that had no blinds. I had to stack the pillows to block the light in order to sleep. And finally 6) I was overcharged about $8 based on my original booking. This isn't a big deal, but the cynical side of me wonders if they overcharge everyone by just a bit of money - not enough for someone to complain about, but enough to rack up extra cash with each customer.I'd like to think they are in the process of renovating, but reviews over the past year suggest these issues still are and will be ongoing.

My 31st birthday tripFirst of all I would like to say that the staff that greeted us down stairs were very nice. Sadly that is where the good part of my experience ended.I understand this is an older building and hotel and that part didn’t bother me. It was the cleanliness of our room that bothered me. I paid extra money to get a balcony and was so excited about it! We were all the way on the 9th floor which I loved. Only to find out we would be covered in fleas for the rest of our night. We barely got any sleep because the bed was the worst of all, just covered in fleas. In the morning after we ate our breakfast I told one of the employees, because I didn’t want this to happen to anyone else. He look surprised and apologized, but that was it.

They have the most helpful staff in hotel business here. Stacey was very detailed when asked about the area. In walking distance from 2 places I enjoy eating at. And aloud me to Park my diesel around back.. my new favorite place to rest at. Thanks Guys.

Stay Away!! This hotel is in dire need of being torn down and rebuilt. I was told the hotel has changed hands twice and has been approved for refurbishment, but they didn't know when that would happen. In our opinion, the hotel should close until that refurbishment has been completed. The name of the hotel has been removed from the outside of the building so it is difficult to know if you are in the right place when you arrive. The elevator doors look like they were burned in a fire. The carpet in the hallway had a huge red stain. The room walls and ceilings were cracked/cracking. The shower curtain was too small for the size of the shower and the wash cloths were so old they were threadbare and shredding, no hand towels were provided. The room smelled musty, the A/C blows directly on the bed (I’m guessing the filter hasn’t been changed in quite a while) and the carpet was filthy from use. All that said, the staff was wonderful. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. Everyone we encountered was helpful, had a smile on their face, and truly wanted us to have a pleasant stay. We thank them for that. They have a tough sell on making a stay in this hotel a pleasant one.

We found our home away from home. Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff was amazing!!!! Wanda treated us like family and so did the night desk clerk, he was so friendly and accommodating. Our stay here was definitely the best hotel experience we've had in a very long time. The hotel is older and they are in the process of upgrading it, but that didn't bother us. The view from our room on the upper level was stunning. It was a bit annoying that we didn't get maid service during our stay, I believe it was because they are under staffed, but it didn't bother us enough to spoil our stay. The maids were happy to give us clean towels and take out our trash every time that we asked.

The condition of this hotel has a run down look/feel and our room was horrendous. This is the second worst hotel I/we have stayed at in the last 25 years of travel (be it business and/or leisure travel). I am not sure how this is rated as a 3 Star Hotel. I have attached a few of the pictures I took to show you what we observed and experienced. 1) To start off, the front of the hotel doesn't even have a sign on it. It is just the dirty outline of where a sign used to be. 2) The edges and seams of the wallpaper were bubbled up and peeling back everywhere (hallways, elevators, and the room). 3) The room: 3a) Mismatched paint on the walls 3b) Water stains running down the walls 3c) Huge wrinkles and bubbles in the wallpaper 3d) Pealing wallpaper in the bathroom 3e) The panel for the air handler was not secured 3f) The inside of that air handler and the panel were absolutely disgusting! 3g) The iron was obviously broken and not replaced (the inside of the iron was visible) 3h) There was no shelving or sink countertop area in the bathroom. (Our bathroom towels were stored on a shelf outside of the bathtub by the room door next to the broken iron). 3i) Our room was not cleaned during our stay. When I mentioned the room not being cleaned, I just got a shoulder shrug and something along the lines of "that happens sometimes". 3j) I also had to go swap our towels at the front desk myself. They said they need to inspect them before swapping them out. What?! 3k) There was a pair of underwear stuffed between the doors joining our room to the room next to us! 4) The area right next to the hotel is VERY sketchy. The windows are all blacked out on several of the establishments... Draw your own conclusion from that...

Upon our arrival the younglady that checked us in was very knowledgeable....The room was clean; however our room was never cleaned, we were told if we needed clean towels after the second day to bring the dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. We were given trash bags to empty the trash and our bed was never made. We've never had this happen to us before or since Covid19 ?First experience at a Radisson hotel and definitely the last. ?????

I would never use this hotel ever again. Too many issues with the rooms. The pool is out of service, and the study room air conditioning doesn't work, it hasn't been serviced in a while. The elevator inspection is expired for 3 weeks already. Breakfast..? Yeah.., frozen egg sandwiches and cereal, I eat that at home... we were told there was a continental breakfast waiting for us every day.... yeah right..!!!!!

First I want to say the staff Wanda and Stacie and the rest are trying as hard as they can and are wonderful people. This hotel probably was very nice in 1990 when they took those photos. The pool is literally full of green water and trash. Our room had a large red stain on the floor that we kept telling ourselves it was Gatorade. One of the elevators curiously never worked the entire 4 days we were there. We shared an elevator one day with the terminix guy with a large canister of spray. I didn’t ask as I didn’t want to know what he was spraying for 3 rooms down from ours. Staff is great hotel isn’t. It is in dire need of renovation. Good luck if you stay there.

I'm not even sure where to begin. But I should have known something was wrong when the hotel name was not on the building. No housekeeping. Not enough towels, we had to go buy extra towels. Irons were dirty and/or not working. Room had not been cleaned properly, snack crumbs around the room. Not worth the amount of money that I spent for my stay.

Family of 3 stayed here for 4 nights while in a sports showcase. We only stayed here because it was picked for the team hotel. So Pros: Wanda, Wanda, Wanda!! I can’t say enough about her exceptional customer service. Friendly upon arrival & made check in a breeze! When our original room was unacceptable (821 with soaking wet carpet due to the air conditioner) she was great putting us in a new room. The rest of the staff was also friendly anytime we saw them. It’s like they know the hotel is subpar and went out of their way to try & make it better. Cons: Strong humid, moist smell in the main lobby & hallways Water stains in the lobby by the elevators Water stains on walls in various places in the hotel Interior of the elevator doors are have a black residue & are dirty in general In serious need of updating & something needs to be done to get the AC running better throughout the hotel. Overall I would not recommend until some of the above are dealt with. Corporate needs to help them out & get it in shape.

Absolutely the worse hotel I have been to. Outlets did not work, paint falling off the walls. They provided 3 washcloths and when asked for additional, we were told we had to swap the old ones for new ones. I currently have bite marks all over my body from possible bed bugs. I requested a refund or at least a credit and was told they had no records of complaints which is false. We were there for a family reunion and many other family members had issues with their rooms. The pool should have been an indication of what the room was going to be like. There is a club across the street that you could hear the music clearly. I was on the 8th floor so it should have been nearly impossible to hear the noise.

This hotel has 5 star service! I admit I was taken back by the exterior being that they are in the process of renovations and are an older hotel, but they are clean and well kept. They were also very accommodating to my fur baby. So if you’re looking for a pet friendly place to stay this is it. The entire staff, especially front desk are warm & welcoming. A huge thank you to Stacy and Ms. Wanda being that I traveled so far and was looking for a nice place to lodge. Definitely staying again!
