Stayed for a whole month. Our room was never cleaned UNLESS WE ASKED. The house keepers would go to every room that surrounded ours, but skipped over our room. We’ve witnessed front desk staff be rude to guests/potential guests on multiple occasions. Cutting them off, shooshing them, etc. Elevators broke down twice during our stay. They have the most helpful staff in hotel business here. Stacey was very detailed when asked about the area. In walking distance from 2 places I enjoy eating at. And aloud me to Park my diesel around back.. my new favorite place to rest at. Thanks Guys.
We found our home away from home. Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff was amazing!!!! Wanda treated us like family and so did the night desk clerk, he was so friendly and accommodating. Our stay here was definitely the best hotel experience we've had in a very long time. The hotel is older and they are in the process of upgrading it, but that didn't bother us.
