I decided to use my rewards BOGO entree. I ordered the Bourbon salmon with rice pilaf and mashed potatoes. The other meal was the French quarter chicken and shrimp with a baked potato. I ordered online to pick up. It was ready within a few minutes of the ready time so I was standing at the door with clear view to the food window and prep table. I will leave out the details of what I saw. My food was hot. When I got home I opened the box to see this little mound of mashed potatoes and rice pilaf that wasn't cooked completely. The salmon was good. The baked potato was under baked and the chicken was over cooked. The picture of the French Quarter chicken and shrimp in the advertisement looks amazing compared to this version. Yes, I know TO GO orders can appear slightly different in portion size and presentation, but this was not the case. There was NO love in these meals. Overall, the food was edible with a little extra help. I found the mash potatoes and salmon to be seasoned and cooked just right. Not the best ever or where I would say you'd have to go to Ruby Tuesdays to taste it. I threw away my coupons. It's that disappointing to me. I'm surprised if this location is turning a profit. The staff was nice. I have to include that but I don't understand why a tip is requested before the food is received and an interaction happens. Sorry. My last time to this location.

After staying awhile from the Delk Road location, I was pleasantly surprised with all of the positive changes. Joe the waiter was awesome and the new manager Christine genuinely cared about my feedback and overall experience. I will be back soon!

The bartender that was there on the night of Tuesday February 11th, was TERRIBLE! Extremely rude, slow, and totally ignored my husband when he came in to pick up an order. When he handed him the order he was not gracious in any way. I would NEVER want a person like that to "serve" me anything! Why would someone with that type of disposition even be in a service position like that?! Ruby Tuesday, do you even do interviews anymore? Or was this guy that much of a shyster to pull off the interview?! Anyway, based on this one individual's behavior and horrible service, I will NEVER spend a cent there and will tell everyone I know to stay away from there! Shameful!
