It's been a while since I was here, but is one of my favorite places to eat a good salad, is like salad buffet. Many options to choose from, and is really worth the ride.
As someone who loves the food, I am always so frustrated with the service. There is never anyone else in line and yet it takes forever because the people wait until someone comes to refill the lettuce. I’m always like… could you be a little more proactive you know people are going to need lettuce and there’s no one here! Love Salata, I intend to keep going because it’s rlly good food, but I hope they can improve the service and move along the line faster!!
I finally stopped in and I was not let down.
I am often in this area either at Sprouts, Target, or TJ MAXX— I know I have a shopping problem.. anyhow- I see this spot all the time and always think about stopping in but never do. This all changed last Saturday. I was in need of a meal while out and about and parked my car in the lot! Once I was parked I started to question if they were open because there were few cars around me and it appeared dark inside. However, I walked in and was surprised that they were indeed open. They had plenty of staff with 1 patron dinning in. I thought to myself “ I really hope they get more business than this on a Saturday!”
When I approached the counter to order- both of the staff were acting like they were super busy. One did speak and told me she would be with me in a minute. My only critique of this is that a front facing customer should always come first! I mean if you are just tidying up- you can tidy up when the customer leaves.
After waiting few minutes I started my journey of building a salad. This salad bar is like the one at whole foods, but on steroids! Most of the items looked fresh. I did request fresh arugula as the small amount remaining in the container did look wilted and old. There are so many options that if you are an indecisive person you may struggle. They do allow you to try items if you request. For example when it came time for me to select a protein I was struggling between two options so I was given a sample of both. I went with the herb crab meat- so good!! I also had an opportunity to try a few of the salad dressings. I did request these on the side, but you can have them mixed in.
This salad was probably one of the best salads I have ever eaten- and I did not even utilize the salad dressing! I don’t know what they do to make the salad taste better than the ones at home- but man - they have me wanting more ! As I type this I am planning my journey to go order another salad!
Please don’t sleep on this place— give it a try! There is no way you will not enjoy it!
Called at least 10 times. No one answered. Hung up by a robot 3 times. Called corporate 2. No answer hung up by a robot once. Unacceptable.
I was calling to register a complaint about how the gluten free salad was packed in a box with an open roll (gluten) on top on the salad. But in my quest to have this made right, I found another glaring issue: unresponsive and unreachable customer service practices.
Delicious. Wish there were more locations in GA
Salata's is most amazing. I spent the afternoon dining for the first time there with a dear friend and was beyond impressed with the menu, the service and the ambiance. I have never enjoyed a salad as much as the one served at Salata's. I will return again and again to enjoy the experience of dining there.
The ingredients for the salads were so fresh. Customer service was amazing. The amount of food you get for the money is more than enough.
My family and I went in there tonight close to closing time. While I typically don't like doing this, because I know most establishments like to get started cleaning up, we were made to feel right at home. The individual who made our salads was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and engaging. He was so careful to ask about allergies, but was also so patient as he built on four salads. Our cashier was also very kind and nice with an awesome personal touch. They both contributed to a very appealing atmosphere in this clean and modern eatery.
It was quiet in the restaurant, but everything looked and tasted fresh and tasty. Salads can sometimes be hit or miss, and I hadn't been to Salata in a while, but this was a great visit. While it's a little on the pricey side, you get a large portion (we all got small bowls and couldn't finish them), and extremely fresh ingredients. There area ton of toppings to choose from, so you can really make it unique to your taste. So many proteins, too!
On this particular visit, it was the combination of people and food which led me to write a review. The employees made us feel welcomed and the food was well worth the price. We'll definitely be back.
Customer Service, Top Tier
Staff was nice and knowledgeable

Love this place!
$20 excluding tip for a regular harvest salad. driver said they were very busy. the description said feta, grapes, dried cranberries, apples, and walnuts. I paid $5 to add grilled chicken. there were no walnuts, no apples, about 5 small pieces of chicken, very few cranberries. basically paid $20 for the iceberg lettuce. first time trying and unfortunately won't do it again.
One of my favorite places in East Cobb, genuinely can't figure out why it's always so empty, they DEFINITELY deserve way more business. I do hope they get it, because I'd really hate to lose this place!
Devin at the Roswell Rd location and there's another gentleman's name I didn't get; EXCEPTIONAL customer service. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I work near the Duluth location and no one seems excited to be there!
Great Salad spot
