The customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. There is a lack of empathy among many of the associates. If you use this location do not use the club pick up option because it is disorganized and they do not meet the pick up window commitments

I'm very upset I have never had an issue with the Sam's Club bakery until today. Very disappointed order a cake for today at 10 and instead of them calling me and telling me what go on if there was an issue they proceeded to wait until I came to pick it up. And told me I had to wait For the finish painting the caked and because she didn't understand what she had to do to the cake which was all on the paper that she has. Next time please just give your customers a call
