I would give it 5 stars if the ice cream were homemade/made by owners but from what I can tell it's bought from the Hershey brand. One thing that endlessly impresses me is the manners of all the very young adults who work here. They've all been incredibly respectful and kind which is absolutely rare in teenagers nowadays... coming from a 24 yr old... Would recommend!!!!

Walking into this place was just ok. It kind of made me want to turn around and go to the other icecream place across the street. The reason being is because there were nothing but young kids working. No one stuffed up and showed great customer service as far as smiling and greeting patrons that entered the store. One person was actually being useful but could have spoken as well or even said ill be right with u. We stayed and made a purchased. The icecream was good. The store was quaint and cute, aside from the kids all playing around in the back listening to music and dancing. Parking was limited around Marietta square because everyone decided come out on that Sunday. There is deck parking also.

I have been 3 times now and EVERY time they said they were OPEN on Google and their website and each time I've been disappointed. You're closed on Sunday and Monday to clean the freezers. So frustrating and I've given up. Not coming back. 3 times and you're out.

I LOVE the dairy free ice cream, but on my most recent visit it was not a family friendly environment due to the raunchy music playing, which is unfortunate for an ice cream shop... And while the staff was friendly and helpful to customers, they seemed to forget that people could hear them being unprofessional and loud behind the counter.

I've visited this ice cream shop before and again recently. Service is friendly and the ice cream is good. The atmosphere could use a bit of work though. It looks fun from the outside with the painted glass. But once you're inside, it's rather drab. No bright and welcoming colors on the wall. No music. Just ice cream. If that's all you want, great. If you're treating yourself and/or the family, it lacks in overall experience. If come back for ice cream, but would take it outside and enjoy it on the square.

Lovely place! Appears to be family-owned, which is nice. Everyone was very friendly and genuine. My 4 yr old and I really enjoyed our ice cream, especially the key lime flavor, which the young lady said was a seasonal flavor. So yummy and so glad I got it!

Took the teenagers and their friends here after we went to whitewater about a month ago. The young girls were so helpful and patient, as we all ordered what we wanted. The ice cream was delicious!!!
