This might be my favorite coffee shop ever. Stopped by for the first time ever and ordered a coffee for a friend and myself. The employee taking my order was very kind and helpful. The coffee was a great price, and it was delicious and fresh.
I will definitely stop by again to show my partner how great this place is!

The person who took my order today was having an attitude problem which it’s okay we can deal with that. But we asked for a stopper for our hot drink and this person grabbed it by the part that goes IN your drink. Very unsanitary and food hazard. How would you grab something the goes in your food with your bare hand that touched everything at the store? Around 1pm and the cashier had pink hair

I told the girl at the speaker it was my first time there cuz I wasn’t sure what to order, but she didn’t seem to care so I went with the maple caramel latte and I didn’t taste any maple at all which is the reason I ordered it and it just tasted like a coffee with milk and sugar. Not impressed and i ordered a hot chocolate for my 10 year old niece and it burnt her tongue they didn’t care to warn us to let it cool down a little you would thing it would be served at a suitable temperature for a child or otherwise let us know. Customer service is dead! & for all that they still want to charge Starbucks prices. No thanks. 🙂↔️

Visited this location 3 times and they were my first 3 visits ever to a Scooters. So far my initial impression of this establishment has been positive. Customer service is top notch and my orders have been accurate. I've only had their smoothies and they've been great so far. Only complaint about this location is the condition of their lot. Lots of potholes especially the one right in front of the window when you drive away. So cut a hard right when you pull away from the window when leaving.
Update 9/14/2025: Recently visited here to get my order. Somehow the app double charged me for my order. Notified the employee there where she promptly gathered my information. She was very helpful with this mistake. I received my refund from my bank after I notified them and received a credit on my Scooters app for the mistake. I am very happy with this customer service and will continue to visit this location again and again!

I use to enjoy this spot. Came here two separate occasions and ordered two hot chocolates and one was half full. It’s $5 for ONE hot chocolate, I won’t come back again.

I love this scooters! I go a couple times a week and always have wonderful conversations with the baristas. They are extremely hardworking & friendly. Their quality of service and craft is unmatched. I have even had one of them leave the building to defend me against a stranger who came up to my car and wouldn’t leave me alone. I was already a regular but I will always be loyal to them after that!

I always go to this location to grab a drink before heading into the thrift store across the street. The people who work here are very nice and the coffee tastes pretty good. I always recommend them.
My go to when I’m in the area and craving good coffee. No complaints here.

Service was good but the new cheddar bacon sliders they have are awful. Weird aftertaste. Had to swallow them down cause I spent my last dollar there. Got a caramelicious latte but it taste milky. Long story short, the food is not that great
