I feel like the girl at the window was upset because I didn't give her a tip. She threw my change in my hand. I was going to tip after I got my drinks like I always do but not after that. Plus my son's kids meal box was covered in chocolate syrup and he didn't even have anything chocolate. He had the cotton candy drink with sugar cookies. But I will still visit them but I'm waiting for the one on powder springs rd to open now.
I always love the Caramelicious coffee and they have delicious muffins. But my recent visit which was on Jan 17th 2025 was not a good one. The male staff attended gave us the wrong coffees. He didnt give us the Caramelicious coffee/latte but instead gave us a burning hot coffee that he added caramel syrup in them. He didnt seem want to work or be there.
I absolutely love this place! Out of all the places I’ve gotten coffee this one has made my kids experience extra amazing! The girls were so friendly and made sure we left with a smile! Thank you ladies we will be back!
