I was disappointed with my experience at Shai Karr Eatery. We ordered the Kamikaze Roll, Rainbow Roll, Choo Choo Train Fried Rice, and Pepper Steak to go, but everything tasted overwhelmingly salty—even the Yum Yum sauce! The flavors were off, and it was not the enjoyable meal we were hoping for.

With a better Thai/sushi restaurant just around the corner, I wouldn't recommend this place. It just isn’t worth the price tag for the quality of food you get. Save your money and try somewhere else.

Come here pretty regularly because the food is good but the service is way below average. Prices are pretty high. They are closed between 3-4. Got here at 4 no one was here, a few minutes later the cooks showed up and said the cashier wasn’t here yet so they couldn’t do anything. They said 10 more min. so I just walked around and ordered the other stuff I needed expecting them to be back by the time I finished that. It’s going on 4:45 and still no cashier/nobody to help take orders and there are a few people waiting now. Cooks are just standing around, the phone keeps ringing and no one is answering. Ended up placing my order online so the cooks could at least start and I could get my order. Please don’t waste customer’s time and place an accurate return time.

My pad thai and spring rolls Are pretty good. Next time though I'm ordering shrimp all over my pad thai instead of chicken and shrimp. I would definitely recommend this place. It's very Authentic!!!!!!

The only thing better than the food was the service by the young man who waited on us.

I enjoy most things on this menu, from the Basil Minced Chicken ? to the freshly prepared sushi rolls.

One of the best places to eat in the Marietta Square Market. My go-to has been the California roll with an order of Shai Karr fries. Love the variety of dishes available, and their no-nonsense approach to good food!
