Sidelines Grill - East Cobb

Had the fish & chips. Tasted okay, but one somewhat bony piece accompanied by a meager offering of homemade chips just didn't do it for me. My vegan GF ordered 2 sides which were likewise small. (Not much for non carnivores here.)

I've been told to never order the Special at any restaurant. But, this time I broke that rule. For over a year now, I've been on the hunt for the best Shrimp PoBoy in Marietta and to my surprise, Sidelines had one as a Special. My gut said not to order it, but I did and it was good! The remoulade was SPICY!! I've been back several times since and have not seen it offered. Overall this Sidelines location has been a great addition to my local community and food has always great. Hope to see you there!

We dine here 3-4 times monthly and have enjoyed the food and service, until tonight.
Tonight was HORRIBLE:
>Waited 30 minutes after ordering.
>3 people then served
>15 minutes later 2 more people served, but both orders were missing 2 items supposed to be with their soup, waiter said he'd get them ... took 35 minutes and several reminders. By that time when server brought missing items, they got tired of waiting and finished their partial order of soup.
It was awkward with some people with food getting cold and most us no food. The chef came out to say hello...we wondered why she had time to do that while so many of us still waiting.
> 15 more minutes and 3 more people served.
> 5 more minutes elapsed and one person served half of their food... but it was cold. Server was unavailable (he said he's the bartender) so walked her plate back to kitchen and they said they were remaking her entire meal.
>5 more minutes that person still no food, no server around, walked back to kitchen, said it'd be out soon.
>5 minutes later everyone finished eating and they brought out final meal.

It was embarrassing since I suggested we eat there.

Suggest getting better kitchen staff who understand how to cook all meals so they are ready at similar times.

I had the bourbon salmon with mashed potatoes. The salmon and the mashed potatoes were so over salted I could bearly eat it. The capper was the $31 margarita. I ordered a skinny margarita and changed the tequila to casamigos. The margarita was so mix heavy that I ordered a shot of casamigos. I was some how charged $6+10+15. And it was still crap. You had your chance Sidelines. Fail.

The atmosphere and staff were great. We went for lunch, and the food was prepared to our liking. Drinks were good. Our bartender made my mojito from memory. There are a ton of tvs, so you can't miss any sport. They even had tvs at tables if you weren't in the bar area. Food was reasonable priced. There is plenty of parking as it is set in a shopping center.

My wife, son and myself ate there. Noone was pleased in the slightest. We will NEVER go back there again. It sucked!!!!!! or or waitress felt terrible.

It's quickly becoming our favorite place for quality food at reasonable prices. Every server we've encountered is super.
Highly recommend: meatloaf, fish & chips, pork BBQ tacos and redneck nachos.

Not sure if changes were made with the cooks, but the food was not the best and Josh I believe the manager is rude and unprofessional.

I visited this place for the first time on a Monday. I ordered steak fajitas, but instead of the generous portion I expected, I received a dish with only four (yes, 4) bites of meat that did not even resemble fajita slices. This is unacceptable. It seems like we are overly generous in giving positive reviews to mediocre establishments.

I’ve liked almost everything I’ve gotten here except for the bone and wings. They are some of the worst wings I’ve ever had tasted like I was chewing on a rubber band.

Very good food. Beef and broccoli was better than most Chinese places I’ve eaten at. Wings are very good. Boneless wings are probably the best I’ve had.

The staff (especially our server Sean/Shawn) and manager (Natalie) are wonderful and we really enjoyed our food! The potato skins (plus a side of house made ranch) were scrumptious and the fat daddy boneless wings with fries were bomb! Fresh and not frozen, a far cry from other similar concept establishments, plus this place is clean and still looks new on the inside. We will be back!
