The people who work here are incredibly nice and the cakes and cupcakes always look and taste incredible. Always very impressed every time I come to this location specifically! Also the pupcakes are adorable my pups are going to love them!

I ordered a $200 cake, and while it tasted amazing, the icing was 2 different colors on the front and back of the cake. The pink piping was a true baby pink on the front, and then looked like the color ran out and the back was a different color. This almost gave the cake an ombre effect, which was not a part of the design plan. I reached out to let them know what happened, and they are basically refusing to believe this happened to the cake and saying that I am wrong, even with photo evidence. I will not be ordering from this location again, and will go elsewhere.
