Oh my goodness, I just had the most incredible experience at this cupcake shop! I have to give it a solid five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the sweet aroma of freshly baked cupcakes. The display case was filled with an array of flavors that made it so hard to choose. I ended up trying their pink vanilla cupcake, and let me tell you, it was pure bliss! The cake was moist and rich, and the frosting was perfectly creamy. Plus, the employee with long black hair was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. If you're a cupcake enthusiast like me, you have to check out Smallcakes. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! ✨

The cupcakes are really good but these past few times I’ve gone the service has been unwelcoming. Rather than being greeted upon entering the store, I’ve been ignored (even when I’ve said hello). There are two girls in particular who are very rude and could use a lesson in customer service.

So listed in the pic below is what I asked for and what I received I placed my order on a Thursday afternoon two days before my daughter bday and asked for grinch cupcakes the service was great while waiting to get them done but they waited til the day of to produce the cupcake order and they look terrible I’m not please at all it wasn’t worth the money we paid looks more like Oscar the grouch than the grinch

I had placed a custom order for my daughter's Beauty and the Beast themed birthday party this past weekend. When I opened the box, the cake was amateurly done to say the least. The fondant was falling off the cake. I was also promised a number 5 gold candle on the cake, which wasn't there. I had high hopes for this place considering their Super Mario cake that was displayed on their website and a ton of great reviews. On a more positive note, the cake tasted delicious but it honestly wasn't worth $118 dollars. Stick to their cupcakes but not custom designs.

Smallcakes in East Cobb is the best!! I ordered a carrot cake and two dozen cookies for a family gathering this weekend and it was rave reviews all around. Jenna and Grant and so friendly and helpful, all of my questions were answered and I ended up with exactly what I was hoping to order. The carrot cake was so delicious, I will never order another dessert from anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend them to everyone, they are beyond wonderful; staff and desserts are a solid 12 out of 10!!

Fantastic experience !! The staff is very professional follow up and attention to detail. I gave them an inspirational cake to look at and they created the exact cake — fantastic….. and tasted delicious !!thank you so much you made my mothers 80th delicious and so very memorable!

Amazing cupcakes. Walk-in and receive the smells for free. I tried the Cookies n' Cream, Choco, Choco and vanilla, and Hot Fudge Sundae (pictured below). Cakes are super soft and taste great, the frosting which I'm not usually a fan of is amazing and adds to the flavor of the cupcakes. I had to return for more cupcakes lol and will try the ice cream one day.

Very cute delicious cupcakes. They are the most cake like cupcakes I've had. Very good breading with just great icing based on which flavor you chose. I got s'mores and it was marshmellow whip on top of this amazing vanilla icing and chocolate drizzle on chocolate cake base. So good.
