Had a terrible experience at smokehouse Q. Upon arrival, we were not greeted, the man behind the counter was preoccupied with work. After approaching the counter, he still didn’t say anything. No “I’ll be right with you” or anything. After about 3 minutes we said excuse me and finally he spoke a disgruntled “just give me a minute.” It was clear that he saw us, but made no effort to speak. After 2 more minutes, we left with no food. We ended up going to the location in East Cobb. We had a very nice experience here. Had the man address us with respect, we would’ve understood and waited. However, it is clear that customer service is not a priority to him. Hopefully others had a better experience.

Had a half rack of ribs witch was tasty but a little dry. They use round eye instead of brisket that was moist but dries out fast if not eaten immediately. Wife enjoyed her smoked chicken sandwich and sides of ocra and onion rings were tasty

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place!
I had an awful experience with SmokehouseQ. I placed and paid for an order, only to be told that the food I ordered was unavailable. When I asked to cancel, they refused to refund my money, claiming there was an error and telling me to contact my bank. I did, but after waiting two days, I was still having issues getting my money back. Instead of resolving the situation quickly, they continued to refuse to give me cash, despite knowing they had already charged me.
Two days later, they finally gave me the food I originally ordered, but there was no apology, no acknowledgement of their mistake—just complete lack of accountability. The customer service was terrible, and the whole ordeal was frustrating. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value good service!

SmokehouseQ is very good bbq. The ribs were very tender and tasty. They had several bbq sauces available. I had the sweet sause which was very good. The sides of baked beans and green beans were also very good.
The shop is located in the Marietta food court. There is plenty of paid parking.
