If below average bbq is what you are looking for, this is your place. The pulled pork was so dry it was inedible. The collards were tough and had no flavor. The baked beans clearly came out of a can.
Service is REALLY slow. After the very long wait I did not like or enjoy my food. The smoked wings were really peppery and spicier than the average palate can appreciate. The potato salad was very heavy on mustard, and the collard greens were very heavy on vinegar.
I barely ate my sides and I showed the lady who’d taken my order and told her I really didn’t like it. She just said sorry but didn’t offer any gesture of customer service and satisfaction.
I’ve eaten here a few times before, so I don’t know if I have a bad memory or if their recipes have changed. I told my husband to restrain me if I should ever try to eat here again. It was a waste of my time and money, sadly.
I know bbq can be subjective so for reference I like Fox Brothers, 12 Bones in Asheville, and Swig & Swine in Charleston.
The brisket was decent for the price. The chopped chicken was not enough for the prices. The lasagna can be taken off the menu! The collards are too bitter but edible. Overall its just OK bbq. Surprisingly, the chicken wings are the best thing they got BUT too expensive. The carolina sauce is also too bitter.
I loved it, delicious, reasonable prices, the whole family ate and we didn't spend much, very good service, very friendly
The best barbecue I've ever tried, excellent service. I'll definitely be back
The food was absolutely delicious! The collard greens were super tender. Mac & cheese was very creamy. The chicken was too tender. Thank you Smoke House. 😉🩵
Great food and great experience. The wait wasn't long at all.
Everyone who works there was great.
The food was just as amazing as it smelled and the service was great!!!
The food was a disappointment and didn't even deserve a one-star rating. It had no flavor at all; everything tasted so bland. The only good thing was the lemonade. I wish I could get my money back. We threw everything away

Vegetarian options: There are six large options for vegetarians
Dietary restrictions: I have to follow a Keto/Low Carb diet and there are many options for a great and enjoyable meal. The brisket is easily the best in the state of Georgia and in the top five I’ve ever had !!

Had a terrible experience at smokehouse Q. Upon arrival, we were not greeted, the man behind the counter was preoccupied with work. After approaching the counter, he still didn’t say anything. No “I’ll be right with you” or anything. After about 3 minutes we said excuse me and finally he spoke a disgruntled “just give me a minute.” It was clear that he saw us, but made no effort to speak. After 2 more minutes, we left with no food. We ended up going to the location in East Cobb. We had a very nice experience here. Had the man address us with respect, we would’ve understood and waited. However, it is clear that customer service is not a priority to him. Hopefully others had a better experience.
