Their service is trash. First of all, I don’t understand the point of their drive thru. Every time I’ve come here I had to wait for what feels like at least 20 mins, usually with only one car in front of me. This day, when I got to the drive thru, they said someone would take my order shortly, and I feel like they forgot about me because 10 mins passed and no one came to take my order, so I backed up and parked to go inside. Now when I stepped inside, the floors were sticky and it smelled atrocious so I left without ordering. I’m disgusted.

This location is quite often out of stuff. Twice now out of the pumpkin smoothie ingredients and once out of Greek yogurt.

If I could give no starts I would. They are either always out of something or the Apple Pay isn't working. They have messed up my order in several occasions. The worst smoothie king I've been to by far.

While on the phone w daughter in drive thru -ordered nutty super grain for me w substitute coconut h2o for apple juice due to ALLERGY. Was charged for both. Took 2 sips of smoothie immediately knew it was wrong. Checked receipt & saw apple juice and coconut h2o as add-on's. Called store @5:34pm - got vm. Left message, still no response. Went in next day 10/14 @ 3P, 2 teenage girls couldn't refund bc they haven't been trained. Said manager would be back in 20 min, came back & 17 yo "manager" refused to refund bc "we don't refund next day", "I can tell you took more than 2 sips", "management doesn't like us to give out their #" when I asked for owners contact info. (I had called within 30 minutes of purchase & left vm.) Mngr said "our phone doesn't work!" What kind of BS business doesn't have a working phone? I not only called immediately but took time & gas to come to store w receipt next day & was not refunded! If employees don't understand how to take a correct order, don't understand allergic reactions, don't know how to use a cash register & business doesn't have a working phone/no way to talk to owner then the business needs to be shut down! Unrelated to the drink mistake, I had to step out of the store 2x due to over powering smell of bleach in the store while waiting for the 2 teenage girls to help/NOT help me.

The smoothie, the minimalistic vibe, and the environment was absolutely calming. I had came there to have a drink because of my biking and boy! That smoothie did it's job. Nothing went wrong and the employee was just doing his job. 100/5 stars!

Stopped by this morning to order a pineapple, spinach smoothie. The order took about four minutes and the young gentleman was very nice and polite. Look forward to going back.

I got a chocolate kids smoothie yesterday for like $5. Had no flavor and tasted like ice so my kid threw it away. I will not be back. Also, for some reason it took like 10 minutes to make with nobody else in the store.

This site does not open on time and they are very slow.
There is a big difference between morning shift and evening shift. Went last week during the morning, service was fast & friendly. Went tonight and was ignored at the drive thru window. Went inside and they said they close drive thru at 8. Since when? I was at the window, no other customers inside, the worker clearly saw me. It would have taken less than 5 minutes to take my order and make my drink. I ended up not ordering, they clearly don't want the business.

I don’t know if it’s only this location, or all of them, but Smoothie King is so bad. Today we arrived at 3 PM and they were OUT OF STRAWBERRIES AND BLUEBERRIES. How does that even happy for a smoothie place where over half of the drinks call for strawberries?The young people working are very nice, but they got part of our order wrong and they did not present a very professional attitude.Also the smoothie king menu is impossibile for anyone to read or interpret.There is so much potential here but it’s just not working out so far. Very disappointing
