First time visiting a Smoothie King, and I was very impressed! The menu layout is very logical, easy to figure out, and answers all questions. Just pick the category you want (Wellness, Energy, Weight Loss, etc), then choose the size and flavors, and the register prints out the full recipe for a foolproof mix. It's a very well-thought-out system! The smoothies are better and healthier than I expected. I was thinking it would be a lot of sugary fruit drinks, but most are packed with protein or probiotics or other health boosters. I'm now a fan!

I ordered from here yesterday around 4:30 and today at 3:30. I mention that because the employees on duty during that time were very kind, offered me recommendations, wrote kind things on my cups, and were super fast! Smoothies tasted great!

My experience has to deal with not the quality of the food or service but the absolute lack of common sense. I went to pay for my $20 order today with a fifty dollar bill and they refused to take my money. The response was we can’t make change for a fifty. At what point did our community realize that a US bill was legal tender and you denying the use of paying for a product would result in the loss of a sale. Cash still exists maybe your staff should have change for people that have money willing to pay. Horrible experience in paying for my smoothie.
