All the food taste great, I will definitely be going back for another great soul food meal. My daughter said I should go back and marry that lady so we can have some great home cooked meals. Lol.
walked in 1pm today and saw no one was there so i wasn’t expecting much, but oh my lord this food is some of the best souls food i’ve had, the 2 older lady’s working were so nice & i’ve definitely found my new spot. you can tell they cook with love there <3
Here for a month on military orders and needed some soul food. Ladies are very sweet (they don't answer the phone tho so goodluck placing advance orders). Not overly impressed with the soul food (I'm from Louisiana) beef tips were ok, rice was meh (turned into a sticky marshmellow substance 2min in the microwave) and did not finish the fried chicken or cornbread. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could cuz I love my black-owned restaurants but I ended up throwing both plates...
