My husband and I took my brother-in-law to Spring for his birthday. The atmosphere was perfect in that it was very nice but still approachable (I wear jeans and a blouse). The food was incredible! I have several dietary issues- gluten and dairy free - and the waiter and staff not only accommodated me but didn't even blink an eye when I informed them on my limitations. Truly a wonderful experience for our anniversary - the bluefin tuna crudo was so tasty with the toasted buckwheat - amazing how a small flavor/texture makes the entire bite amazing :) our waygu picanha cut into medallions was perfect with the accompanying vegetables and sabayon, the red snapper was also delicious and tender, the cappelletti was a perfect appetizer in a half portion, but by far the most incredible dish we had was the foie gras parfait - honestly one of the best...
