What a disaster of a coffee shop. They managed to make it worse after the renovation. Staff doesn't care, their regular coffee comes from a Keurig-like machine, and drinks are always running late every time I come in. After waiting for 10 minutes for a cup of coffee, then an additional 12 after the "ready by" time on the app had passed, I walk up and ask for my drink. Guy walks away and starts preparing other drinks. Took them another 5 minutes to figure out what's going on. Wow. Done with that place.

I waited 6 minutes in the drive thru with no movement, so I thought I'd go inside vs getting stuck sitting in a drive thru that I couldn't get out of. Not a big deal. I ordered inside and waited 28 minutes for my drink. There were three baristas working on the drive thru orders and one making drinks for inside customers and online orders. I watched 8-10 cars get their orders while the 4 of us waited inside. At one point there was NO one in the drive thru and the other staff stood around. When I was asked about the one girl getting support for the inside orders I was snapped at and told the inside girl was making them in order that they came in.

This Starbucks seriously needs to get new employees. The fact that I put in an order at 6:00 says it's going to be ready at 6:11 I get there nobody acknowledges me and then they didn't even start my drink yet and when I put in a order like this it's because people have places to go so I will no longer be going to the Starbucks as they are no longer convenient and do not care about their customers.

The passive aggressively forcing you to park when you place through the mobile app for drive through needs to stop. I ordered an iced tea through the app and was told it wasn't ready at drive through so I had to park and wait. The baristas are snotty about it too.

I used to visit the Whitlock Starbucks often, but after the last two incidents, I don’t think I’ll go back. A month ago, I ordered a drink and cheese danish through the drive-thru, only to discover later that the danish was burnt. The manager replaced it after I returned but didn’t offer any extra for the trouble.
