Ren and the crew at Starbucks on Thanksgiving morning have been absolutely amazing. While some people lament working on a holiday, her enthusiasm and the whole teams attitude was fantastic as they supported the runners of the 5K.

I’ve never felt so dismissed in a Starbucks before. I was literally about to pee on myself, and Shia still refused to let me use the restroom because I hadn’t bought anything yet. I understand policies, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. Basic courtesy goes a long way. As a woman, it’s exhausting how something as basic as needing a bathroom can turn into a struggle for dignity/power. I walked out feeling embarrassed, ignored, and completely unwelcome.

My son almost had an accident while we were waiting for our 30min 2 coffee 1 refresher order because there was only one flustered girl working the register who you have to request a code from just to use the bathroom. The girl in front asked for a code then when I asked she smirked and asked if I was going to place an order. I told her I already placed a mobile order. Curious as to why she chose to ask me and not the girl right before me. Then when we received the 2 coffee drinks but 10min had passed without the refresher that sits in a container they simply pour from. I politely asked in case they had forgot. The girl rolled her eyes and said I would have to wait like everyone else. Treated like crap as a paying customer. This starbucks is dead to me

Reject Mediocrity

$7 cups of ice with a hint of coffee - like 3 sips and ice. The wait is only 30 minutes for 3 drinks and if you ask about it the girl behind the counter will yell at her coworker, not you of course, how you better chill out and understand others ordered too and she'll get to your drink when she gets to it - true story. They also ration bathroom visits and will get attitude about whether you are prdering or not before gocing you a digital sipher code to one time use unlock the bathroom per visit. You know, everything you love about Starbucks culture.

i ordered a vanilla cold brew and was very specific that i wanted A LOT of extra sweet cream. When my drink still came out looking like a regular cold brew and i asked for more sweet cream I got charged. that makes no sense. i payed for it with extra sweet cream then you make it wrong so i pay extra. no thanks

If there was an option for negative 10 stars this ridiculous Starbucks would get it. Absolutely ridiculous and inefficient service. Why would it take 30 minutes for coffee are you hand grinding beans for each individual cup. I’m not a Duncan person but I’d rather drink that before returning to this location. Get it together Starbucks I expect better.

They don't bother you. Just enter and study. The do fib to stop certain people from using their bathrooms though, till you uncover their game.....

What a disaster of a coffee shop. They managed to make it worse after the renovation. Staff doesn't care, their regular coffee comes from a Keurig-like machine, and drinks are always running late every time I come in. After waiting for 10 minutes for a cup of coffee, then an additional 12 after the "ready by" time on the app had passed, I walk up and ask for my drink. Guy walks away and starts preparing other drinks. Took them another 5 minutes to figure out what's going on. Wow. Done with that place.
