They refused to serve me coffee or espresso and lied by saying the machines were “broken” when they are supposed to be open until 9:30 P.M. I’m calling corporate on y’all and reporting that. Do your job.

Best Starbucks in Marrietta.They have excellent customer service for the most part and make beverages great.I go to starbucks daily for myself (work alot) and my college kids who are Studying alot.Dietary restrictions: love the milk alternatives.my allergy kid gets hot cocoa with oatmilk and loves it.

This is one of my favorite locations (and just happens to be on my way to work). I have been coming to this location for many years. I always recognize Jimmy's voice and Wren (sp?). My daughter laughed so hard when Wren said the Owl cake pop kind of looked like a Furby. All of the employees are always pleasant and I will continue to come to this Starbucks over all the other ones I pass on my way!

First time visiting this location. It took them over 10 mins just to pour a regular cup of coffee. The store is loud and busy so it's not a good location for studying. The tables and bathroom were dirty. Will never visit this location again.
Filthy! The bathroom dirty, flies all over the glass by the food, floors Filthy. There was a cap to a needle on the floor near garbage cans!!!!! The music sucks and it's so loud you can't even think! Never would I walk into this place again!

They truly need more help, and qualified Baristas. Placed mobile order. Waited 10 minutes after my mobile order was due to even ask for status. Morgan the Barista rudely told me “I don’t do mobile orders and clearly we are busy”. Maybe 6 minutes later i got my order. Will NOT be returning. To top it off the order was WRONG!

We were short on time before our tickets to a show. We swung into this Starbucks to grab a quick drink and snack before heading into the theatre. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. We payed with the app. They had lots of baristas behind it the counter (it looked like); therefore, our drinks and bagels did not take long to prepare. The bathrooms were clean and individual-- which was perfect before a night out. The experience here was reliable and consistent with any other Starbucks I've been to.
